He tracked out the drum machine part and played it out, while he was still in Dillinger Escape Plan.

@VolfGang1000 I remember taking this speech class in high school and the teacher always counted how many times we said "um" "you know" "like"... then she would let us know after our speech. So when I listen to people talk, sometimes I can only focus in on words they say repeatedly and it becomes bothersome. It's probably nerves or just a way he talks?

this guys rolls are just savage, seriously. he does over use them in his solos a bit (we get it your doubles are fast) but why not, god he's tight.

I'm with both. I loved Chris in DEP, and I love some of his new work on YOTB and on Neverender. He's very technical.
But on the other hand, Josh offered a certain, funk, soul that I don't think Chris could ever pull off due to his technicality.

@stevenjaypark a lot of people could kill you with a drum stick. he'd just do it with more precision, and probably in a time signature that fucks with your head.

there is no way a 25minute hand warm-up is ever necessary for a gig.
