Nah. The End Draws Near doesn't really fit. I mean, it technically does, but in context it really doesn't make sense. Majestic Tale section works a bit better.
Okay, wanna be clear I didn't mean to be harsh or anything. I actually forgot to explain why I kind of disagree, which is solely because The End Draws Near uses The Clouds Pass motif in it, and it just.. it kind of takes me out of the scene, for some reason. I think I always associated it with the Master on some level. I guess you could kind of associate it with the Doctor and the Time Lords clashing/cooperating, and my associating it with the Master could be a bit.. wrong.
@@StudiosMurphyThat said, I'm not sure what I'd use here. The only thing I could imagine was them using the entirety of Never Tell Me The Rules, instead of the Doctor's speech being unscored in the show. You've actually got me interested now. I personally consider this one of the best scored scenes in the entire show, so I've never really considered what else would work.
@@StudiosMurphyI'm not sure how well you could time it, but I think Break Free would be an interesting choice. I'm not sure how well it would work in the end, but I think it would be an interesting little prelude to Capaldi right before he actually shows up, and the transition to Majestic Tale is pretty smooth.
People probably would've complained, but I am The Doctor is so wonderful there at the end. I entirely prefer it to the version they actually went with
Thank You! I'm glad you liked it :)
I really like it!
thank you, glad you enjoyed it :)
Yas....I love it.

Interesting, what would you use to replace that score?
