Hi Cathy! I do have glassine bags, but what I like so much about this project is that you can make a faux glassine bag to fit a journal page the way you want it to. Sometimes mine are either too big or small for my page. Nice to have this option!
Also, speaking of paper doilies and wax paper, yesterday I waxed a 3 inch doily and love how it looks translucent and how stable it made it!
