I am 62 years old and my sweetest and mot cherished memories are those times spent with my aunt and uncle on their farm. They inspired me, but starting was a problem but with an income of $57k monthly I was able to. My first year farming generated us $142k here in Tynan, TX. We never looked back, agriculture (ranch farming) is a gold mine
It was interesting that Rivet gave him just a very brief and subtle posture when he went around him. That also shows he's not really threatened by his arrival. Good gains on those steer pasture heifers.
You've definitely got skills with backing in the trailer! Little Boy looks HUGE! He may need to be renamed. Glad the bulls worked everything out so easily. Cattle all looking so good. Another great day on FTR!
I gotta give it to the Bismarck bull but man when rivet came in they both stopped not to mention the Bismarck couldn’t move buddy at all but u gotta admire his bravery standing up to the bigger bulls !!
Good morning Tyler. I love drinking my coffee and watching an episode of FTR. Cows look great. Can’t wait to hear how the herd bulls react to them. Bred not bred. I was so proud of Buddy he got right in there and showed them all he still has it. Can you just imagine what he would look like if he still had his bull parts. Ranch looks great!
Realizing for the first time, farming is extremely scientific in every single aspect!! I commend you, Tyler. Your ability to “run” your ranch, as complex as it is, blows my mind ~ especially knowing you’re doing this entirely on your own!!! Bravo!!! 🙌🏼🐂🙌🏼
Your genuine affection for your cattle is nice to see. How you manage to fit filming videos into your work day is remarkable. Thanks for taking the time.
Tylerisms You haven't been off the trailer for 2 minutes and you are already trying to pick a fight. That's why we don't stand behing that gate. (reminds of when my dad would pass something hot, he would always say that the directions are on the bottom.) He is in full blown tough guy mode now.
All the cows look so good and healthy! I hope the one with the bum foot heals up well. We’re going to see some cooler days this week - that should make it more comfortable working outside.
❤ Fun video, I could watch those bulls all day long. You wonder what their saying in their head. Nice n smooth operation today. Your table has come in handy for all your stuff, scale, tags, ect. It turned out perfect. But ,then again, everything you make from scratch seems to be very usefull.
Morning FT! Love watching you work the cattle just how you need to work them to the better end! Great job. Always a pleasure! Tx for taking us along! God’s blessings!❤❤❤
Good update! I sure like that chute!! Good weight gain on the heifers! Can't believe the size difference in the bulls! Glad all went well with the load and move!!
Your big bull 🐂 is beautiful! He’s so strong and just a handsome guy! The other two are beautiful also, don’t want them to feel bad lol great video as usual Tyler! Thanks for sharing 🥰🍁🍂
FT, super video. Really enjoyed seeing the bull interactions. I have to say you knocked it out of the park with the construction of your working corral. With the chute as the center piece, everything revolves around the chute. With the way you constructed your gates and removable panel, you have no trouble being a one man cow handler. Certainly mitigated safety issues for you, as well as the critters. Looking forward to the next episode of FTR, and hopefully completion of the pig feeder. Thanks!
I am fairly new subscriber and have been catching up on older videos. I recently watched the video where you built the table you used in this video. I had nothing to do with building the table and still felt a lot of satisfaction at how well it worked out. Hope you did too,
Thanks for sharing those grass fed gains FTR . We raise cattle in similar fashion here in Ohio, but don’t have the means to weigh them till they get to harvest. Always enjoy your videos ! God Bless you and your family !
Thanks for another enjoyable insight into your ongoing challenges and chores. I look forward to your videos! You should rename little boy. Now he should be known as Big little boy! Thanks again. Keep Smiling and Stay Grateful.
Tyler, maybe a new project for you could be some hooks/brackets on the outside of your stock trailer and you could take some of those "light" panels with you to the steer pasture. They may allow you to set up a little better corral for loading (just me wanting to see some more of your ability to visualize and build stuff you need).
Ive been following you from tx for over 3.5 yrs now n you just amaze me how much you get done. I love your channel n have learned so much. Rivit n buddy os my favorites.
Your are the Champion of Champions good @ Everything you do, Very Calming and happy to do what you do for your herd of Cattle., I have never lives in the Country or take care of Cattle 9-14-2024❤
A little hay persuasion is the best motivator. That Bismark Calf (actually a bull) is playing tuff, watch out Riveter and Little Boy. Btw, my commentary has been erased or eliminated over the past three video's...why? Nothing confrontational said.
Little boy is the Bismarck Bull.. he was referred to his sires name Bismarck every now and then ❤Tyler received his mother , she was pregnant.. Bismarck was the sire❤ that’s the reason. They came on the ranch 2yrs ago title( My New Cow is Carrying Some Valuable Cargo).. SemiAngus Bull referred as RIVETER only got here over 1yr ago..title (Our Next Breeding Season Just Got a Little More Interesting) .. just FYI.. the other black bull isn’t the oldest bull ❤BUDDY ❤ he’s the main bull.. technically steer we don’t talk about that ❤
@@nadeenflynn9673. In the past Tyler explained it also in a video ❤Bismarck Bull is referred to as the new cows heifer bull.❤ he is named after his sire Bismarck ❤ I believe he said it would be a lot better for a heifer to have the weight of a bull not to be too heavy ❤
❤YES❤ you’re right ❤ they are 2 different bulls❤ when he got little boy❤the other bull was so much bigger ❤ then Bismarck calf was born ❤ then he didn’t know or was rethinking about what he would call the new calf❤ he talked about it would be confusing talk about little boy and he’s so much bigger than Bismarck calf❤ that’s why I was completely get confused about it ❤ now I understand ❤
💖💖💖💖💖 FTR, do you think that with the Redmond blocks, the fly spray, and the scratching posts that the cows have shinier coats? I think I see it but it can be hard to tell on camera.
❤❤VIDEO ❤❤really enjoying spending time with you on your ranch❤seeing little boy ❤if everyone remembers why he refers to him as “”BISMARCK BULL”” it pays homage to his sire”” if anyone is confused about it😂😂😂
I noticed your street sweeper scratching post rotating around what appeared to be a wooden pole. I reached inside the bristles when installing ours and drilled some holes thru the metal core and put a bunch of deck screws in to keep it from moving. I also put some wood shims at the bottom so that when it slid down the wooden post it got a lot of spin resistance when it locked into place with gravity. Just thought I would mention it as seeing it spin when they are trying to do the drive by scratch it's not doing as good a job as it could.
When are you going to start working on the blue one again . little truck ute. we call them a ute in australia. Were in Australia Queensland Gympie . keep up the good work.

Great post friend
How do you get so much in that period of time???
I started a business of sort too. But have no social media so marketing is word of mouth. How do you handle the marketing aspect of it?
Talking about marketing and delivery, I wish I have what you guys already have as regards marketing my produce
Is paid advertisement necessary to succeed on POD?
That scale and chute are game changers!...very good decisions!
Man that Rivet is one fine looking bull!
Your camera work is outstanding, I would not have expected that from a rancher. National Geographic could not have done it better! well done!
..and he’s doing it alone!👍🏼
Along with playing his own music. A man of many talents.
It was interesting that Rivet gave him just a very brief and subtle posture when he went around him. That also shows he's not really threatened by his arrival.

Yuuup, it was quite comical watching the bulls vying for position !! SOMEBODY'S gotta be BOSS !! 😂
I gotta give it to the Bismarck bull but man when rivet came in they both stopped not to mention the Bismarck couldn’t move buddy at all but u gotta admire his bravery standing up to the bigger bulls !!
That’s pretty cool when Rivot showed up, the other two bulls were like “alright chill chill chill.”

Ranch looks great!
No doubt! Buddy is such a beautiful animal, I've often wondered how his genetics (minus the blindness) would have reproduced
FTR's animals associate him with good things! Just heart warming!
Working cows with your new upgrades looks like a winner👍
That set up is working real nice since you made improvements working by yourself. I am impressed. Thanks
Great weights Tyler. Best of luck with the “Bismarck” 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Nice ear tag! "It don't mean a thing if it aint got that bling".
That work table, chute and scale are a fantastic combination! ❤❤👍👍You are a really good, and caring rancher!👍❤
Thank you for sharing 😊
I'm totally impressed with the way you can handle a trailer.
And I love how cattle can eat grass and get so heavy.

Good thing you went with the large size table in the corral its almost filled up with all that stuff 👍🇺🇸

Great video….you are a champion at understanding your herd‼️
Your new corral set up worked great again today! Great work as usual Tyler!
Just what I needed this morning to distract me from the horrifying fires engulfing the Amazon. Thank you! Love how calmly they exit the shoot.
Prayers 🙏 for affected by the fire's 🙏❤
Thanks for showing life on the ranch. Bulls working it out.
Good morning ☕️. Wow I knew the bulls were filling out but wow they are BIG! Will Little Boy ever catch up? Thanks for sharing ❤️🙏🏼🦋

Awesome heifer weights. Wowzers
FTR, looks like you will have to install a scratching post brush at the steer pasture. They really enjoy it.
This is the first video i have been able to watch since the sweet and beautiful GSD Bellie got killed on the road. RIP Girl.

Need some grease on those gates! You can just take care of that when you get some free time. 😆

Bismarck is a handsome man. All in all all the bulls are gorgeous!!
You make it look easy !
Always great seeing the cows! Love, buddy The Boss!💖
The Heifer looks great, the Bismark bull things he is huge! Great video
You have a way with your animals, nice to see. Another set of hands would help a lot. Keep it up sir.
Good morning from OKC! Have a great weekend

Good morning, Farmer Tyler! 😄
2325 is such a good looking heifer. Also seems pretty calm. Is that the future we’re looking at?

That's awesome that your cows are all gained weight that and was funny about the Bulls pushing each other around thank you for the video
Great camera angles😁
The arrowquip is an amazing tool in your belt.
great video to wake up to, thanks for sharing!
LOVE Wtching your videos! You should build a supply cabinet and place it in the open space in your coral. Everything within reaching distance.

Very enjoyable
Glad to have my internet back so could enjoy this. Thanks.

😀 man i was hoping to see just a little more action from your bulls 😄🫠🫠🫠
Maybe a thought for you what if you put a scratcher like that out with some of the fly stuff on it maybe that’ll interest them more
Thanks 😊
Remember to change up fly spray. The active must be different every other time or the flies seem to get immune to one type of spray Thanks
Good job guys
Bismark is just making sure they know he's a bull. 😆 🤣 😂
Tyler, great video, as always!! Thanks so much!!
Good stuff, thanks for the video.👍👏

Hi. Did the bulls show any signs that the heifers were not bred yet?
Have a great weekend.
Enjoyed the video
Hi FT. We love your channel and watch daily but I'm confused. How many bulls do you have?
@@gkmack6212 There are three bulls - Rivet, Little Boy, Bismarck. Buddy, a steer, made an appearance also when the bulls were sparing.
Hi to Hello from New Jersey
When are you going to start working on the blue one again . little truck ute. we call them a ute in australia. Were in Australia Queensland Gympie . keep up the good work.
Hehe. What do you think Rivet is at these days? Do you think he's over 1,500lbs?
Appreciate the share. Animals are definitely growing. Be safe, healthy and successful. Blessings and prayers in Jesus's Name. ☝🙏🙌💪
Ever consider grain finishing your steers? Thanks
Hello, what do you use for the all over spray for fly control? We have the hanging thing and a few other things, just always looking to improve the happiness of our stock. Always enjoy your channel. Thanks!
Am i correct to remember the fly spray is just dawn liquid?😊
Do your cows foam when it rains since their fly spray is soap and water?
