Baron Regens Causing Santorin to Miss Smite Before EG Danny PentaKill

Baron randomly regained health in the middle of the baron fight between TL and EG in the lower bracket semifinals, which led to a pentakill.

Baron does have in combat regen but it should not be 100 health straight up at this point of the game.

Baron levels up every minute. And right as Santorin smited it hit 29:00 on the game clock. Super unlucky
