The problem is most pitchers are training with pitching drills to fix mechanical problems that are not really the problem. Instead of addressing the real cause of the problem that happens in the beginning of the delivery, science and modern day pitching guru's train what happens after landing. If actions create reactions, then wouldn't any movement made in the pitching delivery be caused by what you do before you land?
