Hi, great video, helped me a lot, Thank you , I’m about 1/2 way into the install (done this kind of thing many times but ONLY on older vehicles) my question is the Accessory plug splice, whilst i can locate this im not getting a live feed (testing with multi meter) with the ignition on/off whatever, Normally the radio only goes off when i open on the door (key out) so my question is will
This work ? im used to old cars where you turn the key one click & get a live feed/off no feed with a test bulb or meter simple ! With this newer vehicle im not sure ?can you help me ? don’t fancy splicing wires unnecessarily
the levels on the Adaptor, do you fully adjust them or halfway? for better sound quality?
Can you write the front left and front right speaker cable colors?

I have this exact same Line Out Converter but I haven't yet fitted as I don't know if its any good or any good quality as I'm planning to use it for a subwooder and a pair of rear deck speakers which are going to be amplified.. is it any good or shall I invest in a more expensive one? Cheers
I'm happy with it, honestly not had any issues. That said, I am only running a single underseat sub. But I am happy with it, get good output, and has not given me a single problem..
just curious, why didn't you just run speaker wires from the door to the rear and put the adapter in the back
The stereo was out anyway for the Sync2 upgrade, no point tapping in inside the doors when it was accessible at that point. 👍
Do you have any annoying sounds when u put foot on pedal?
No, but I ran subs in my old car and did. I had to use the RCA isolators on that car.

I cannot for the life of me find this sync 2 upgrade no where I've spent days searching. Could you possibly assist or point me to one it would be greatly appreciated

2012 Mazda bt50 dual cab different?
I dont know, but this is a universal kit to add a line out so it will go onto ANY car so long as you know which wires are for the speakers. The process of adding it is the same.
Where did you find the aftermarket harness?
Amazon. It's just a universal RCA adapter. Losds available online. 👍
Not the high to low rca adaptor. I'm looking for harness adaptor. The harness you plugged in and extended the factory harness.
Ah right, yeah, that came with the Sync2 aftermarket system that gives me the HDMI, video playback etc. All came together. I've done a video on that system too.
