Hi .can you tell me if the part that hooks to the front of the wheel well is part of the bumper bracket ,or the main bumper brace? Mine is rusty around the inner wheel well front bolts!

Hi on an unrelated subject do you know how to remove the wheel arch liner clips? Some of mine are the plastic ones with Phillip's screws but 4 of them are metal with no screw in them? Do i need a special tool to get them out or do I drill them out?
