I would definitely stay on the thyroid meds for now and find a good functional medicine physician to help with troubleshooting. I'm so glad my videos are helpful to you!!😊💖
This has been me my entire life! I never knew what was happening before. It hit so close to home I was in tears. I have a hard time with beef gelatin but not with beef collagen?? What meats are low in histamine would u recommend? I’ve been vegan for the past 10 years and Ive only gotten sicker. I can’t eat anything from the diet because most of it was causing a reaction. Im feeling better so far on aip with more energy and no brain fog and no bloating! I would love to someday be vegan again but for now I’m healing. Thanks so much!!!
I'm so glad my video was helpful to you!💕 For meats, the important thing is to eat them really fresh!! Leftovers will develop more and more histamine as they sit in fridge. Buying frozen meats and cooking and consuming right after thawing can help. Leftovers can be portioned and frozen right away.
Wow. My head is swimming from all the information! Thankfully, histamine is one problem I DON'T have...lol. So thankful for the in-depth info you put together for us!
Thanks for your helpful information. If I may say, It would have been great to have it in 2 videos and a bit slower to help retention. It’s too good to rush or miss.
Wow you are very knowledgeable and present the info in a way that is easy to understand such a nuanced multi-faceted topic……I’m starting to think I may have this……been suffering from sporadic heart palpitations for over a year now, lost 80 lbs in a year without trying, get red ears from time to time generally at night….seen cardiologists, Gi docs, oncologists and everyone says I’m healthy as a horse. Of course they can’t explain the rapid weight loss other than saying it’s malabsorption, anytime I wore a two week heart monitor, of course I didn’t have a palpitations, stress tests all good, I’ve been radiated so many times I may need to keep that oncologists phone number handy 😞 but the more I learn about histamine intolerance the more I think it’s a possibility. I’ve noticed pretty much any time I eat my nose runs 🤷♂️
Yes, but nowhere near as carefully! I can drink red wine on occasion, use balsamic vinegar in my salad…. If I eat pork sausage (nightshade free) I noticed my eyes are running all the next day. Fermented carrots really upset my stomach. I just try to listen to my body and avoid specific things that trigger me.
This is very informative... thank you so much! I’m basically eating leafy greens, lamb, pork, oranges, onions and broccoli and this keeps my histamine as low as possible. Supplementing Quercitin, omega 3 capsules, d3 and glutamine which seems to be helping. Please can I get your advice... I feel I now have leaky gut which has caused my histamine Intolerance since I got food poisoning since I ate a lot of undercooked black beans (didn’t realise they were undercooked). All of my symptoms came right after this meal. From your experience what do you think happened as doctors just tell me it’s an allergic reaction which is rubbish and I haven’t been able to see functional doctor yet (it’s hard in Spain as the GPS are the gate keepers to see them)? I think I have damaged my gut from the lectin toxin in the beans and I’m trying to heal it but I’m not sure as it’s just happened recently. I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
Some of the foods you are eating can be high in histamine or histamine releasers (spinach, pork, citrus) but if you are not having symptoms then keep doing what is working! Not everyone reacts to all of the foods on the high histamine lists. Getting Viome testing and following their diet recommendations is what put the final pieces of the puzzle together for me with my digestion.
Hi Stacy, I’m back. Been having issues with my IBS, colitis and histamine intolerance.😔 I’m taking out night shades. Started the low Fodmap diet and through that started cooking more of the NS and started to get more sick. So hard to know what to eat when you really should be doing 3 different diets. Any suggestions?
I have been plagued with a clogged nose, lichen planus that itches to high hell, and Reynaud's phenomenon (red cuticles) for most of my life. While medical science has never confirmed it, I assumed they were all autoimmune in nature. Never even considered that histamine might have been behind it (and still it might not be). I have also looked at DAO supplements (pronounced die-amine, BTW), and I fail to understand the need to add sucrose. On the same page at Amazon were kidney supplements--simply ground up grass-fed beef kidney from NZ which contains DAO among other nutrients. Many reviewers had claimed relief from histamine symptoms. I intend to purchase it and I'll post back to report my results. I have been eating carnivore for most of 4 months and still no resolution--including no resolution of arthritis in knees and feet--and I fast a lot and only eat one small every couple of days. But I could not give up coffee/decaf with heavy cream. It would pain me to discover that my one indulgence might be the cause. And growing up, I consumed a lot of dairy long before drinking coffee.
Carnivore could be high in histamine depending on the source of the meat. Dairy might be an issue worth doing an elimination test on. Are you getting any omega 3's? I would highly recommend a functional medicine physician to help you put the puzzle pieces together💕
How long do your histamine issues last at one time. I on day 2 and benadryl not really working like before. Very frustrating. Been doing so well had beef jurkey and hit me hard. Affect my blood pressure and heart rate. Just wondering how long before my bucket is an little empty.
Hi there Stacy, you mentioned that eating spinach was enough problems for a whole nother video. But I look through your entire list and didn't find one on spinach. Can you fill me in please? I'm having migraines and wondering if it's from eating too much spinach.
Spinach is high in histamine so if the migraines are triggered by histamine overload then it's possible but there are many many other things that could be the trigger. It might be helpful to keep a food and symptom journal for awhile.
Yep, I had two deep tissue bodywork sessions for the first time in years during an extremely high pollen season and while eating lunch and my right cheek swelled up like a chipmunk. I didn't know what was happening! It calmed down over the next few hours, but in the days that followed I noticed random lumps showing up in joint areas, such as the crook of my elbow and my wrist. I eliminated histamine foods for a few days and am now taking HistDAO prior to meals. It's fine now, thankfully.
Hi my name is Ash and I have hashimotos hypothyroids. At first I thought I had an allergic reaction to a cream that I bought, so the doctor gave me Claritin and a 6 pack anti histamine. However I've been 30 days on Claritin and found out my antibodies are attacking my thyroid. I began the AIP and sometimes I react to food and have taken Claritin when my throat swells up. How long does it take for all that anti histamine meds to leave my body while trying to follow AIP? I know the 6 pack takes about 12 days to flush out my system and Claritin stops working after 24 hrs. But in your video you talk about not taking anti hestimines. Can you give me a recommendation of how I go about the AIP and hashimotos hypothyroid with the one month of antihistamines I recently took? The doctors where I live think I'm just stressing, I'm soon to leave to another place and hopefully get help but where I live this is really uncommon. All I have is the normal thyroid meds and I keep telling my doctor that I need to change my diet and he says no.
The one month of antihistamines you took shouldn't affect you starting AIP. If you have issues with throat swelling please do whatever your doctor says, including taking antihistamines. In the video I meant that self medicating with antihistamines long term is not a good idea, but always defer to your doctor's instructions. Hopefully you can find a good functional medicine physician that can help you💕
The most accurate way is to do a low histamine trial and see if symptoms resolve, then add back in histamine foods to determine individual tolerance. There are some tests but none more reliable as that. It's kind of like figuring out any food intolerance, elimination diet plus systematic reintroductions always beats the expensive tests. Amy Meyers uses a test from Dunwoody Labs to check lebels of histamine and DAO. But histamine intolerance doesn's always stem from lack of DAO, there can be other root causes..I'd save the $ and do a trial...
Get a 23andme test . That’s how I confirmed my histamine intolerance. The gene mutation and the enzyme have the same name : DAO ( diamine oxidase ) . I’m homozygous for DAO which means I’m the worst variation of the mutation - it’s switched completely off - not good .
I have leaky gut and high homocysteine and cannot tolerate fermented foods .I'm not able to heal leaky gut because of mast cells .I'm taking H1 and H2 blocker's will it be able to heal my leaky gut??
AIP and low histamine is SO freaking hard :( Unless you can be home 24/7 cooking. No leftovers! Ugh. Gelatin also totally does me in :( I have MCAS. I am wondering about pork lard and other animals fats? If pork is high histamine, would lard be as well?
The histamine develops from the amino acid histidine in the protein, the fat/lard should be low histamine unless it contains bits of meat like with bacon fat. You can batch cook and portion/freeze all of your meats so you always have cooked meat ready to pull out of the freezer, thaw and eat. It's possible to streamline the process☺
Hi 💜 I enjoy your videos, I just started my AIP , my body is so locked with pain, I do have problems with kombucha, coffee, bannas most fruits, heavy starch vegetables roots, This is the first time I've heard of histamine intolerance. And what you've said makes so much sense.
Is there a preferred route you’d recommend figuring out what health issues I’m dealing with? I have no idea what’s going on. I don’t even know what regular parts of my day are symptoms.
Ideally you'd find a good functional medicine physician to help you put the puzzle pieces together. AIP is a very useful tool to start with. If symptoms aren't better after 30-90 days you would want to look into troubleshooting steps depending on your symptoms.
RealWorldAIP great :) thanks for your advice! I love your channel. I made your lasagna recently and ate the whole tray solo within two days haha so good!!
Thanks for referring me to this video. But it's overwhelming and very difficult to follow. But honestly, the level of stress you seem to display may be at one of your root causes of gut issues? If you're doing the AIP diet and your intestines keep reverting to leaky gut, and histamine reactions, there has to be another component at work here. This shouldn't have to be so much work and watching, paranoid of every single food. I feel better on the AIP diet and the histamine reactions are something for me to pay attention, but the diet is so restrictive, I really don't know if a person can be that perfect. It's pretty daunting.
That is just how I act, I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm for life, and a lot of passion for health topics like histamine, I'm not stressed in this video. To someone not familiar with histamine the list of foods that are high in it IS overwhelming and crazy. I sincerely hope you never have a need for this information, but if you happen to have detoxification glitches like I do (which I confirmed with genetic testing and which healing leaky gut will not affect) then it might be something to look into. I am grateful every day that I know what foods trigger me and what foods are safe and which foods I can have in moderation.
@@RealWorldAIP I appreciate you take the time to make these videos, and try to inform, but what you call enthusiasm is coming across as very high strung. Just the stack of books will make someone high strung because there is so much conflicting information in there, and you convey that with what you discuss. It causes conflict and confusion! Slow down, take time, care about yourself and love yourself. You're working so hard and it doesn't have to be hard. Love, caring for oneself, and gentleness can go a long way to heal gut health. Those "gut feelings" have consequences. They are finding the largest component of leaky gut are people who have been abused or traumatized. We must heal ourselves of past grievances.
@@PeaceOutWorld it's very sweet that you're concerned for me and I think it's very nice, but I am not searching for answers for myself, I have already figured out how to be healthy and now am just sharing what I've learned in case it can help someone else. I love knowledge and I've been surrounded by stacks of books since I was a child. I used to embarrass my grandmother at the library, checking out 15 books at a time!! Whatever I am interested in I like to get ALL the info and ALL the viewpoints and then process and absorb and come to my OWN conclusions- and I find the process exciting and fascinating whether it be health, or playing a musical instrument, or fitness, or cooking, or pet care, or cosmetic formulation or tropical fish.....if that is high strung then I guess I'm high string, but I like who and how I am and that probably won't change. Anyway, I think you are sweet to care💕
I beg to differ that histamine intolerance improves during pregnancy, I am in 2nd trimester and my histamine has been through the roof, and way more sensitive to foods, and way more extreme symptoms, on top of the regular pregnancy symptoms…they said it’s because the placenta has like 500 time more histamine, making it impossible to breakdown fast enough causing overload…I do take Dao enzymes, but it only helps a little, it hasn’t been fun😢
I missed this video. Thank you for the info. I’m thinking my husband and I both have this. I have been diagnosed with SIBO and treated for it a couple 2-3 times. I guess the wine needs to go. I do have trouble with vinegar, sauerkraut, olives and so on. Thank for this,I may have to go get tested. Want to go see a functional practitioner, but just don’t have the money. 😔
I can totally sympathize! I used to love red wine, even now I would love to have a glass once in awhile but I know I'll have issues the next day😐 I just count my blessings that I am okay with vodka😅
Yes, I know I should not do any alcohol right now cause my gut is still a mess. I need to stick to AIP for at least a month and see if I can get better. But if I do the histamine thing it takes out even more food from my diet, ugh. I’m going to try and just stick AIP and see what happens. Thank you, love your videos. Do you have videos on your workout stuff or how you count your micros? Once I get better I would like to get back to my workouts. I’m taking a break cause I do Manuel labor and it’s enough on my body right now.

What about raw 'Apple Cider Vinegar'?? .. I get the worst reaction reaction from that!! .. It took a long time to figure out it was the trigger because of all the Hype over it being 'the end all Cure All'.😝
What is it about fermentation that causes a histamine reaction? Coconut aminos does it to me. I haven’t noticed sauerkraut and I do use chickpea miso occasionally and think that does it.
Fermented foods just contain a lot of histamine that is produced by the bacteria that ferment the food. Anything high in histamine can overflow our bucket. We all have our own unique triggers. I am fine with some foods on the high histamine list but am triggered by others. It can be confusing!
Hi Stacy, Have you ever heard of any correlation to histamine intolerance and weight loss surgery? I never had any issues, besides my thyroid diagnosis until 2013 , after I had gastric sleeve. My gut feeling is that is where my issue started.
I have not done a lot of research on the side effects of gastric sleeve surgery, but it does make logical sense to me that it could affect DAO production (an enxyme that breaks down histamine), as DAO is secreted by small intestinal epithelial cells. If your histamine intolerance was caused by lack of DAO I'd ask your doctor about taking a DAO supplement.
RealWorldAIP Thank you for the reply. I’m struggling because I’m week 7 AIP and I felt better and lost sone weight but in general... I havent had a lot of relief from my systems. Extreme Fatigue, brain fog, depression, constipation, joint aches, rashes etc. I do plan to stick to 90 days.
I was diagnosed with lupus in August with just a positive ANA . I also started getting bad allergies. Seasonal, mold, dust, pet dander blah blah. WELL I was put on generic plaquenil and then taken off of it and immediately began to have a severe flare. This was last August. Currently I feel like I’ve lost complete control over my own body. I’m having a flare at the moment and I’m having some sort of allergic reaction to something in my home because I get random itchy bumps. I just started AIP but I find myself starting to get bored with the menu. I’m unhappy and don’t know what’s causing the itchiness... either food or stuff around me or all of it. 😫 it’s over whelming and stressful
Definitely worth more research into histamine intolerance and mast cell activation disorder. I'm sorry you're going through this, I've been there and it's no fun. You're on the right track though, you've got this!!❤
What about taking dried placenta pills from your placenta after birth? I did notice while pregnant I could get away with a lot more and had no idea why. Thanks for info
During pregnancy your body produces more DAO which is the enzyme that breaks down histamine. A lot of women experience relief from histamine intolerance during pregnancy. I haven't heard of taking placenta😳, I would start with DAO supplements before I tried that☺
Actually eating placenta happens. Woman are doing it. I encapsulated mine after pregnancy but never had guts to take it. I did some research after I listened to your RUclips video about placenta and DAO. Not much info but one woman tried it 🙃
@@sarahemerson4032 that is fascinating! I know with dogs it's good for them to eat the placenta of puppies, supposedly stimulates oxytocin release and mothering instinct. Cool stuff!
recently re tested wtih cod liver and damn...so so so sick again. I am by the sounds of it sensitive as you to histamine reactions. And still figuring out what are triggers and what are not. Thanks for sharing.
I've been diagnosed with histamine intolerance 1 month a go, didn't knew this is so terrible, my question is : If my allergies tests doesn't show any allergies at food or something else, this is permanent or temporary? I have hashimoto aswell, an iron deficiency, and helycobacter. Thank you in advance
Thyroid and histamine issues are likely intertwined, you will need the help of a good functional medicine physician to get to the root cause of the histamine issues, in some cases it can be reversed. Maybe a complete thyroid panel with reverse T3 and T4 is in order. The wrong thyroid medication dosage can be a trigger for histamine issues.
So im on day 2 of this diet. Only symptoms I have had so far that could be viewed as negative were slight nasal drip upon finishing a meal. Happened two days in a row, ate a stir fry both times. One with cow beef the other with lamb chops. So this isn't a big deal right? Runny nose was minor and lasted 10minutes.
I wouldn't worry too much, may have just been a coincidence although it might be a symptom of histamine issues if there was anything fermented in the stir fry or you used meat that wasn't super fresh.
Ryan Egan I like getting a runny rose after eating homemade raw sauerkraut, because the abundance of highly absorbable vitamin C and B (among others) is clearing my sinuses and making it easier to breath through my nose; That's a Good thing, not bad. ☺
Fish oil shouldn't affect histamine as the histamine builds up in protein, not fat. Some are way better than others, I would look for Alaskan wild caught, cold processed, tested for contaminants...
Can you please make another video with gut healing while histamine intolerante in focus? I am really feeling lost with it and maybe you found something else interesting since this video was made.
You might try Ben Lynch's genetic test to see if your histamine intolerance is genetic strategene.me/ (Like with me, I don't break down histamine efficiently so it builds up. That means I have to be histamine conscious with my diet, but luckily only with very high histamine foods like ferments) If it isn't genetic that's great news, because it is likely reversible. You could also do Viome testing to see which foods are best for your unique gut health. That's what I would add to this video if I could go back in time!😊
@@RealWorldAIP thanks for the advise. I think it could be genetic, cause I struggled since early childhood with the low blood pressure, dizziness, nausia, insomnia, beeing prone to headaches and migraines all this wonderful untypical not so obvious stuff you can get, which now after all this time got an explanation. For now I focus on avoiding it and healing my gut, but I definitly keep the genetic test in mind for when I am a little better and try to come up with how to eat the most healthy from there on! What ever it is genetic or not, my gut definitly is messed up either way... Thanks for the recommendation, I look it up ^^
Isabella Wentz says eating fermented vegetables and bone broth are one of the best things fit hashimotos and healing they gut. But you're saying it's actually bad? I'm so confused
They ARE good for you! ...Unless you have a histamine overload. Histamine is not bad in and of itself, and not everybody has issues with it. If you feel fine after eating fermented foods, bone broth, etc then you probably don't have histamine issues and don't have to worry about it🙂
I take T3 thyroid meds but could this be a histamine issue at dinner time i will sit down and begin to eat and boy i feel dizzy headaches pressure in head mood swings irritable all as iam eating...then my sleep is poor i will sleep and wake up at least 3 times. I have a cat to lol.
Just Discovered, Subscibed, and Favorited (gotta watch this over again.. information overload) .. also distracting, this girl So Pretty.. BEAUTIFUL. 😍 Those Big Eyes
RealWorldAIP wow, that’s scary.. where I live I can only get grass fed meat which is aged at least 20-30 days.. and meat in supermarkets isn’t fresh either.. I also checked local farmers market and no meat there.. do you have any suggestions?
@@WayraSacha I have histamine issues but I've never actually reacted to red meat of any kind, no matter where I've had it. But anything fermented sets me off! So it might be worth doing some self- experimentation? At your own risk of course, with ok from your functional physician...
RealWorldAIP okay, I see, thank you! I have weird types of symptoms.. I’ve got eczema and I can eat basically anything and I won’t have any pain etc. But my skin is worse and sometimes in reacts many days later so it’s quite challenging to find out what works haha I’m considering making a full igG panel to see what feels good
@@WayraSacha Oh, yes that's tricky!! So many things it could be. I'd give strict AIP at least 30-90 days without a lot of approved treats or too much fruit and snacks, just real whole food...and stress management is huge! I hope you find relief💗💗
The best bet for fish is if it is flash frozen at sea. I have never had a reaction to frozen fish but I have had issues here and there with thawed or fresh filets from the seafood counter.
Well I think I have a histamine problems, because when I get hot (during exercise or anything that raises my body temp) I start having hives around my chest, hands and back and it’s so annoying, should I get a diet 😿
@@denilsonmeza4121 Mainstream advice for cholinergic urticaria (heat hives) is to avoid spicy foods and stay cool- carry cooling towels with you and try to stay in air conditioning, etc. You could also look into mast cell related issues with a functional medicine physician.

I am on my 6th week and SOMETHING is aggravating histamine in me. My body is a giant itch attack! I feel like I have poison oak (wake up scratching) and don't know what the trigger is. MAY be coconut. Have no access to a functional medicine doc.
Could it be a reaction to fabric softener or laundry detergent? Did the itching only start while on AIP? Did you add in lots of bone broth and fermented foods and/or gelatin when you started AIP? That's what set me off!
Thanks for your answer! I don't use fabric softener, the laundry soap is Mrs. Meyer, which I've used a long time. I did make bone broth, and I used Truvani brand bone broth as well. Today I had a reaction to ground turkey, so it's out for the time being. I use no alcohol, so it's not a trigger. I appreciate your answer, and will keep searching. *scratch scratch* 🙂
@@grizzlybear4 If it's histamine related the bone broth could definitely be a trigger! Ground meat tends to have higher levels of histamine, and if the meat was sold in that airtight plastic packaging that keeps for weeks it can be super high in histamine. I hope you feel better soon!
@@grizzlybear4 I thought of you today as I recently had an attack of hives and itchiness all over my body from....carbonated mineral water!!! No additives, no flavors, just high mineral content carbonated natural sparkling water. Some sources say carbonation alone can trigger histamine but I'm leaning toward thinking it was a reaction to one of the minerals...I wonder if there was nickel in it?? I react to nickel. Ugh!! Anyway, wanted to share that with you just in case you were drinking lots of sparkling water....hope you are feeling better!☺
OkY that’s like me, but this time it was just major bloat. Thank you. I think I will stay away from this batch. I will freeze it use it for my families meals, not mine. 😊
Yes, sometimes. If it is caused by SIBO then treating the SIBO can fix the histamine intolerance. But if it's a case of a genetic glitch with methylation than no.

Thanks for the video. Is histamine still something you have to be aware of?
Down to earth and very relatable video. Thanks!
Thank you Tiffany!
Have you tried Viome? Made a big difference for me!
Thank you for this video, you are really wonderful, have you been fasting at the beginning of the diet

White potatoes are in the nightshade family, so no, they are not allowed on AIP.

Thank you so much for this video!!!!! 😍🙏🏽❤️
You're very welcome!💗
So informative thank you!
I'm glad you are feeling better!!💞
Thanks for your discipline and knowledge, a good role model while I look online.

Hopefully you can find a good functional medicine physician that can help you💕
Ok I'll try that 😊 thank you
Is there a test for histamine intolerance or is it all based on symptoms?

Hi, I have a question please..
could it cause red and sensitive eyes?
Yes, my eyes water constantly if I eat certain high histamine foods!
Thank you Stacy!
Yeast intolerance and histamine intolerance seem to have a lot of triggers in common
Good point! Possibly due to SIBO being a common cause of histamine overload?

What about raw 'Apple Cider Vinegar'?? .. I get the worst reaction reaction from that!! .. It took a long time to figure out it was the trigger because of all the Hype over it being 'the end all Cure All'.😝
Yes!! That is high in histamine! So many of the health foods recommended to everyone are really not for everyone. That is a great example!
You're on the right track though, you've got this!!❤
Wow. I'm wondering if this is my issue. Can it cause bad stomach/upper abdominal cramps? I know, that can be caused by anything, but...
Anything is possible but you may want to look into FODMAPS as well.

I haven't heard of taking placenta😳, I would start with DAO supplements
before I tried that☺
Actually eating placenta happens.
Sorry about the cod liver, the trial and error part is definitely not fun!
@@RealWorldAIP sorce for that information? thanks

None of it was fermented. I buy my meat from US Wellness meats, its all grass fed/grass finished but it comes in frozen.
Anyhow im feeling better already. Thanks!
@@ryanegan2370 Glad to hear you're feeling better! ☺
Ryan Egan I like getting a runny rose after eating homemade raw sauerkraut, because the abundance of highly absorbable vitamin C and B (among others) is clearing my sinuses and making it easier to breath through my nose; That's a Good thing, not bad. ☺
Don't know if food is the problem.. Problem is we don't know why our bodies react differently..
Thank you! Currently on AIP and feeling my histamine bucket is full. How do you feel about fish oil Omega 3 supplements?
Fish oil shouldn't affect histamine as the histamine builds up in protein, not fat. Some are way better than others, I would look for Alaskan wild caught, cold processed, tested for contaminants...
Can you please make another video with gut healing while histamine intolerante in focus? I am really feeling lost with it and maybe you found something else interesting since this video was made.
You might try Ben Lynch's genetic test to see if your histamine intolerance is genetic strategene.me/
(Like with me, I don't break down histamine efficiently so it builds up. That means I have to be histamine conscious with my diet, but luckily only with very high histamine foods like ferments)
If it isn't genetic that's great news, because it is likely reversible.

How about an infected tooth? Can that cause high histamine levels?
That is a very good question!!! Infection does have the potential to increase histamine levels. Worth looking into!!
Can aged meat cause histamine problems?
Aged meat can definitely cause symptoms if you have histamine issues!

About fish, since I find it's a good, easy, budget friendly protein: what about fillets from the grocery?
Hard to get totally fresh things here.
The best bet for fish is if it is flash frozen at sea. I have never had a reaction to frozen fish but I have had issues here and there with thawed or fresh filets from the seafood counter.

Anyone get pvcs or skipped heart beats with their histamine intolerance?
