Hey guys.. We will post any updates on this link when it will be available graysonhobby.com/eachine-wizard-x220s.html Funny how there are already 2 reviews :)
Can you guys please please make a video on how to install an new receiver that is either ibus and sbus please? I want to install a new rx and i am very confused. Please make a video.
No interest in rtf, have stock of frysky x8Rs, and like my QX7 so are you planning to carry BNFs. That's a big frown on useless 20 props. When I order mine remove those two bags lol
oh yeah thanx for everything will and i got the auroa 100 today just picked it up from the post office you guys are the real deal not just all talk like some of these companies thanx again props up to grayson hobby...
i wonder how much the frame will flex at high throttle speeds and sounds like depending on how you fly pids could get a little tricky with the 2206 motors and skinnier arms and frame not being carbon but with all that being said cant wait to get one lol...
cut off a quarter of my pinky and sliced up my hands today, i dint disarm and it auto stabilized when i went to turn it upright. valuable lesson learned lol. it was my second flight ever with a racedrone
At some point can you guys offer an upgrade kit for the stuff you guys change? I ordered mine weeks ago but I'm sure I'm going to want to make the changes you guys make.
Excellent Video....What mAh 4s would you recommend getting for a longer flight time than the average racer uses? This would be for the new/upcoming wizard 220s.
RunCam Split is good, but there are some disadvantages - they have yet to be released so time will tell. It will never record as good as a gopro, there is some latencey, and depending on the mounting spot, it may show the frame, props.
Hey guys love the video could you possibly do a short video on how you installed the lc filter and what type filter did you use. I have an x220s and suffer similar dirty power
I saw a review where they had issues with the battery. Not sure if its a isolated event but voltage was dropping low and quicker than usual. I was looking to pick up this quad but an ARF version. Do you recommend a good battery for it?
Late to the game after flying dji for awhile. Just picked one of these up cheap, trying to configure controller. Looks like you don’t carry them anymore.
Hey guys I know the basics of flying a quad. Seen all the videos and want to learn a race quad but, don’t have the know how or want to even build one. The quads I have the cams are crap no range or I do have a tiny whoop which of course does not fly like a race quad but I really want one when I get the money. Would you recommend something like this to someone that has my lvl of exp?
Hi Guys, what is the easiest way to calibrate your esc's? Nothing is happening when I put the master swith in betaflight en connect the battery. (ps. Programming TX is on)
Great info as always....Seems most reviews of this quad so far is getting video interference with throttle....did you guys find the same issue or did eachine get it resolved?
Later testing did show noise/osd flicker in hard throttle punches. I forwarded DVR footage to Eachine and they are working on it. Factory config only the 5volt line is filtered for video according to OMNIBUS specs, they are running vbat unfiltered wiring for video again.
Your review is great as always. It's a funny thing, I was about to buy the classic wizard when I saw your video about the new one. Gotta' say I'm in love with this 220S, but I think you should test it with the factory props too. Greetings :)
Great point.. We only have 1 and wanted to get at least 1 flight :) But the front of our store is not the best place let it rip. This was just a 'hey, it can fly' test flight. Stay tuned :)
Do you happen to have or know the size of screw to hold the camera? Just made my second purchase of the et125 if yall have it can you add to my purchase and let me know how much more i owe...
The Diatone is another great choice! graysonhobby.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=m515 All depends on what you need, radio, quad.. and where you fly and how big of an area you fly in...
Hi I have burnt one ESC on my wizard and thinking that maybe I should pick the same or simular 4 in 1 ESC as this new Wizard 220S has. Or will it be a thight fit, what would you have done? change all 4 ESC to maybe a 30A or just get 1 simular 20A ESC and just change the damage ESC?
Boa noite, meu drone está desligando os motores em pleno vôo, não estou conseguindo saber o que está acontecendo. Você que tem mais experiência sabe me dizer o que fazer
Hi Guys, greets from the Netherlands. I absolutely love your videos and learned al lot from it. I'm new in the drone racing and have a small problem. When I tighten the four screws at the motors on the bottom, my motor base LED is shutdown (with battery attached offcourse). When I loosen 1 particular screw 1 of the 2 led's comes on again. What could it be? Thanks in advance guys and keep up the good work. Cheers.
So basically what your saying is that the factory screws are too long? :) How could it be that only 1 of the 2 leds on a arm base is going on. The wires are OK.
Hi, as with all things there is a trade-off between price and quality. To keep the RTF price < $300 some parts of the quad (or anything else in life) had to be sacrificed.
Totally agree with this...though its pretty fragile. I had a transmitter error at 15 feet which caused me to crash...Broke the top plate and one of the arms on my 5th flight.
Check out CurryKittens channel, the new Wizard Banggood sent him is actually a carbon frame, all the other reviews I've seen they've had this fibre glass sandwiched between thin carbon veneers. And most reviewers have had issues with these too, save yourself the headache and learn to build your own quads, you'll be much better equipped when things do go wrong.
Top plate looks way too thin, props don't have enough clearance with the main body. Not enough filtering of motor noise to the VTX. Props are kind of fragile. Don't like the antenna mounted straight up, going to break that thin top plate there for sure.
If you check they are only carbon fiber mix not solid carbon guys so not as strong just check wipe the purple paint away on the arms and there is some average wiring so buyer beware.
Hi - correct - this a not a full carbon fiber frame - this is designed for the beginner / intermediate quad pilot. If you are needing full carbon frames, there are other and much more expensive alternatives out there. but for $300 this is a rocking quad. Closest competitor is over $600 - just keep that in mind.. There is a quad for everyone, this may not be for you :)
How can you get a reply via email? I have sent multiple with no results. Frustrated. Thought I found the right suppliers. Hate to use this forum but oh well.

Thank you very much for the support and kind words! - B
Nice work boys - Wizard S looks good. If I lived 2000 miles nearer I would be in your shop every week...
Guys you need to include HD FPV footage from the actual drones you review. We cant just imagine. We need to see.
Excellent video Will & Basil!! Looking forward to the next video that will help me decide on which Wizard 220 to get :)

Great drone channel!!! Btw, you guys make me want this drone :D
At some point can you guys offer an upgrade kit for the stuff you guys change? I ordered mine weeks ago but I'm sure I'm going to want to make the changes you guys make.
you guys are great to learn from as I'm interested in this drone keep up the great vids guys
Flashy smiles thanks very much for the kind words
Ive only used 4 sell on my og wiz. Works great. I didn't hear anything about how the new one can handle 5 sell.
14:57 Start flying
Great video guys.
This drone is still rialeble in 2020..because i want to buy it.
Excellent Video....What mAh 4s would you recommend getting for a longer flight time than the average racer uses? This would be for the new/upcoming wizard 220s.
Windings lol, tall course grass tore thru my x220 motor. Oh i was so pissed, smoked a crow lost both front props so good news on the motor upgrade
Nobody wants an enormous heavy cube recorder, everyone will be going to the new runcam split but still great product reviews and keep them coming guys
RunCam Split is good, but there are some disadvantages - they have yet to be released so time will tell. It will never record as good as a gopro, there is some latencey, and depending on the mounting spot, it may show the frame, props.
Grayson Hobby well that's true lol, ya I'm still waiting for more reviews on it but it's definitely a step forward in smaller HD package sorta speak
Agree - the split looks great.. But seems like with everything - there is a trade off - we are for sure going to add to wizard 1 :)
Grayson Hobby great idea, hopefully the trade off for the new Runcam isn't too bad lol
Has awful fisheye unless you change the lens, would have been nicer if they'd worked from 4k resolutions down but cant have everything.
Hey guys love the video could you possibly do a short video on how you installed the lc filter and what type filter did you use. I have an x220s and suffer similar dirty power

Okay then are you selling it yet or still in tuning phase.
Great review. Good catch about the props. I have same issue with similar props on a QAV210.
Raymond Williams Mine clear the frame just fine but they are garbage anyway so I am rocking some Cyclone v2's
True...I don't like them either. Shame -- I have at least a couple sets left.
What would you say is the best battery charger that doesn’t break the bank?
Got me sold
Late to the game after flying dji for awhile. Just picked one of these up cheap, trying to configure controller. Looks like you don’t carry them anymore.
what is a Pagonia antenna? Pagoda 1 or a Pagoda 2?

Where do i get that props?
Will you be selling an ARF model?

wizardry,I tell ya..lol,great job guys:)
Im on the fence deciding on my 2nd quad. I have an ET100 and cant decide on getting the wizard or a 200GT.
The Diatone is another great choice!

I would still run individual esc's personally. Spedix esc are super cheap and perform great.

short some where - check the bottom of the motor screws 1st.. they maybe going into the windings...

Great title
Will this fly right out of the box with out messing around hooking it up to a computer??
Hi, the version purchase from Graysonhobby will fly right out of the box, anywhere else purchased you are on your own.
What are the propellers you replaced the stock for. Size and brand please guys?
All the parts for the wizard are located here - Upgrades to replacements.
graysonhobby.com/wizard.html
Ok haven't watched video yet but what's with the 5S crap floating around and listed in manual?
Andrew Blanche Its actually a 4s and 5s quad.
My back right motor cuts out any time I punch the throttle. This was after replacing the arm that broke not sure what’s goin on :/
There's a short on the power oe signal wire going to that motor
vbat does NOT work on mine. Nothing really does other than mode
how much ?
andymouse123 rtf is 250 dolars
andymouse123 on grayson Hobby its 280 dolars
its like $250-260 RTF with everything to fly out the box
Not even a solid carbon frame that's sketchy... It's fiberglass lol

anyone comment on how LOS line of site flying is with this boy if you have alot of space
I ran tattu 4S on the first wizard, ESCs couldn't handle the juice. Many ESC fires, sucked
PAGODA! pagonia sounds like a flower lol.
Ha, didn't even notice I was saying that, It was a long work day.
hahahaha weve all been there! lol

Sorry, there are ZERO emails from your name.
"Pagonia" lol... it is pronounced 'Pa-go-da'
pagoda not pagonia
lol I'm early
Pogonya lol
You should have had the flight test with the factory props. Unprofessional.
Thanks for your feedback, but the stock props were rubbing and are too large.
