That's some skilful drone flighting abilities Nicolas! Once you have mastered the S split, I think what could be a good idea is climbing a high point like a pole with a wide shot, and then instead of going around it and nose diving at the other side like an S split, you actually just reach the top and go for a nose dive whilst looking down at the side you were wide shooting and then pulling out of the nose dive right near the ground. Could be a challenge for your next video as well as a useful manoeuvre if you have a cliff side or just a mountain you want to record.

What some fpv pilots commenting here need to realize is that not everyone in fpv wants to fly extreme flight or become a pro fpv pilot. I have everything from tiny whoops to 5 inch fpv drones as well as the DJI FPV, Avata, Mavics, Neo, etc. The Avata flies well considering what it is, and the only possible mistake would be not going for the Avata 2 if one wishes to have a prebuilt system. Props to you (pun intended) for getting back into the hobby! The Avata is actually a pretty terrible drone to learn on and has a lot of bad behaviors and general DJI weirdness about it. It's actually so bad that the first time I flew one I thought it was broken. FPV drones ARE self stabilising - that is what the controller does. Even in acro aka rate mode they self stabilise - or at least they try to. If you put them into a certain angle they will try nad hold that angle on all 3 axis. But Nicholoas is correct - they are not self fliying. That shot you want to get is going to be very hard, as you probably won't have line of sight through the cave. You need to have radio line of sight pretty much the whole way, so the antenna on your controller needs to be able to see the antennas on the drone opretty much the whole way. This is one of the things that is really hard about FPV, managing the radio. I think it would take a very experienved or very lucky (or both) FPV pilot to make that shot work. Even if you get it so you can fly through the cave, when you turn left on exit the "promontary" the cave is in will probably block your LOS.
