You shouldn't feel guilty about buying a lot of stuff, that's what it's there for. Especially the things that have been there for a long time.😉
Just plan to visit this place on a regular basis. If eventually your visits run dry, take a break. I'm sure the staff didn't mind you buying all that stuff. Neither did the consigners.
Watching your videos makes me want to go out and do some antiquing / thrifting of my own (it's been awhile). I forgot how fun it is.
You should take notes on what you want but it’s price is high. Then go back another time to buy at lower price. Love this shop

@@jasonralph5767 alot of it was not worth the price but basically she was looking at glassware...the furniture was nice and if it was $65 for all three pieces, it was a great deal and could have made alot more than that..There was alot of stuff that she walked right past that I would have bought instead of some of the things she bought.
omg! This is the best shop I have seen you go to. Amazing treasures on every shelf. I was so excited just looking at so many wonderful items. This is an old video I know but I am binge watching and enjoying them so much.

I think your success is because you don't mind paying a little more for items . Whether you sell hold on or keep for yourself. So many youtubers I watch want every item for 25c 50c or 75c and balk at prices above a dollar! Sometimes you have to spend money to make money . AND you have a great eye for someone young . I'm in my 60s so I recognize a lot of things right off the bat . But you look at the beauty of something too not just the resale value . . . L💗ve watching you guyz shop ! 👍

You guys have turned me on to the treasure that is right in my hometown. Anywhere I go, there is usually a thrift shop and now I have the fever! Both of your channels are teaching me so much and are a springboard to my further education. Armed with this knowledge every errands run has also become a treasure hunt! What a fabulous shop
I can't imagine why you think it's a bad thing to buy more and more and more, even if she is almost done wrapping your purchases. My then-husband and I had an antiques shop in the late '90s and it thrilled us to no end when someone came in and bought boxes full of items. The more we sold, the more we made. Based on how much you buy, you would have been one of my favorite customers. It seems like people rent booth space as well as the shop having consignments. Great haul!
OMGosh I had to wait until 8 pm to see this - in Maine - lost power and internet from 7 AM to 8 pm. Was going a little nuts. Also, OMGosh, that bone bracelet with turquoise - my weakness. . . and . . . . drooling. Wonderful shop, wonderful prices. Of course you couldn't leave anything there! Thanks for sharing.
I really like how you differentiate between resell price and collector price. It doesn't discourage people from visiting the shops themselves to buy stuff. Some people only say it's "Way too expensive" and viewers will get the impression that it is overpriced in general when in reality it just doesn't make much of a profit if you want to resell.

My big, strong, healthy husband got violently sick last July, and we’ve been in and out of hospitals from NC to MO for months, so I haven’t watched your channel for months! I’ve missed it so much, especially yelling at you to, “PLEASE, buy the painting! PLEASE!”
Wow....those were fabulous prices. If you liked something really expensive keep track of when it is due to be price reduced and go back. I saw a pretty dish (looked like Lenox) (about 21:12minutes) in the jewelry case and draped with beads.

Today I found so many things at the thrift store, not to buy but I knew what they were. Watching you, Sue , and Nifty Vintage has helped me so much. Oh, and it seemed like a lot of the stuff was a dollar more than it used to be. The general was .50 to 2.99 with special things a dollar more or so. Now usual is 3.99 BOO
