No caso ainda há outras opções caso tudo isso não resolva.
Existem duas possibilidades se o ventilador não gira de forma nenhuma.
Ou o ventilador está queimado ou a placa do laptop não está mais mandando a corrente para alimenta-lo.
Ainda há a possibilidade de ser as duas coisas ao mesmo tempo
Primeiramente verifique com um multímetro para ver se existe corrente na placa principal do laptop onde o ventilador se conecta a ela. Identifique onde se conecta o fio dos 5v (geralmente vermelho) e o GND (geralmente preto) e faça a medição com o laptop ligado.
Você também pode testar o ventilador em outro laptop ou de alguma outra forma (uma fonte assimétrica talvez) o alimentando com 5v.
Se o ventilador estiver queimado a solução é apenas substituí-lo, o que pode ser um pouco complicado dependendo do modelo, mas pode-se fazer algumas adaptações com ventiladores de laptops diferentes.
Se a placa principal não fornece os 5v necessários para a alimentação do ventilador, então temos duas possibilidades. Levar a um técnico especializado a identificar o componente queimado e substituí-lo, ou soldar o ventilador em uma das portas USB internamente.
A segunda opção é interessante, pois o ventilador ficará sempre na potência máxima ou próximo a isso, constantemente sem variações, e o melhor é que a porta USB ainda pode ser usada.
Ao fazer esse procedimento precisa prestar muita atenção para não ligar os 5v e o GND invertidos. Se isso acontecer o ventilador queimará.
O mesmo cuidado é necessário ao se testar o ventilador fora do notebook.

Bro I got the same thing but I didn’t do any of those things I just sleep and my laptop got good guys the real reason of that because of ultra performance mode change it to save battery and wait a few days and ur laptop becomes more powerful

I thoroughly cleaned out the fan, still wint budge. Blew into the vent too. I ordered a new one yesterday, guess i'll have to be extremelh careful removing the housing around the motherboard, the battery just to remove the fan and heatsink and replace both. Also bought thermal gel. Why do we have such elaborate housing to get tot he fan? They should have made it easier to access the fan cable. I dont want to remove 15 screws just to disconnect the fan cable and find out its not that.

That means it's should be from the Fan, try and request for a new FAN for your laptop or take to a professional Engr for the replacement

Fans are brand new, test both. Passed both 60% and 80% test, both failed at 100%. Now what? I seen one guy saying you need to solder a miniscule piece as small as a grain of sand that was missing 😂. Why would it fall off if it was soldered? Not to mention you need stuff to solder plus the "missing piece". And this guy is saying to ignore the message you computer's giving you and have the fan "always on"? The fan is supposed to be on when it needs to , he's just overriding. It will last 2 weeks max. 😂 Nobody knows. I bet if you go to a repair shop they will lie and replace the fans and say it's ok.
