Can't say same cause not sure if I suck yet but this is gonna be the first Mk I'ma try to get into and play I've enjoyed it so far haven't fought a player like ever In Mk hell I barely played them in general but I'm hoping to give it a shot
@@steroitzzwe’ll all you gotta do is learn the numbers and what they mean, like “1,1,3” or something like that. 1 means like your light and 2 means your medium and 3 means you’re heavy (I think?) and it helps a ton even if your ps4 Xbox and pc

This tutorial's gonna be a lot more important now that we have Deadly Alliance Scorpion
I think Kameos should be focused just like playable characters because Kameos are supposed to "fix" weaknesses or add strengths to your character.. like Johnny and Kano.. Kano keeps Johnny safe while also extending combos.. like if Scorpion doesn't have a 50/50 then Stryker can offer a 50/50 with the grenades or the baton.. which also can lead to a command grab 50/50 with Stryker's arrest move.. or if someone is using a very strong base character with strong moves then you can probably use Shujinko to utilize those strong moves..

All your character does is a random ass pose move and you can’t extend a combo with it
You should add an online match or two at the end of the character tutorial’s, I’d really like to see how you use the character and it’s tools in a real game

watched this guide and can say i mastered scorpion in about half a hour the things u can do arnt crazy but wow what a amazing character keep up the work super 👍🏻
Just a heads up at 5:10, for more damage, once your spear hits you can forward 32 into standing 2 and end it off with back forward 2
Just bought yesterday, i fkg love how different combos can be not like mk11 where the highest damage combo is always the same

I love how freeform this game feels with combos. Just messing around as a relative noobie to newer MK’s I found stuff like j3 intk air db3 which you can connect to 21 spear and stuff like that
I am maining Scorpion right now firat like i dud in mk 11 i just like the fighung style in him so i started with him the subzero and raiden next maybe Raiden cause he is really good man

Scorpions tutorial has an excellent aerial combo you can do. 1 2 bf1 f32 j 1 2 db2 meter burn 2 1+3 or grab

U can get a jump 3 into spear after the air extender it’s more damage
Funny he mentioned the combo claim i actually have one was a day 1 combo that needs patched though its a Shang bug when using his ex dagger stab move to morph to Kung lao for some reason it guarantees his x ray and resets any damage damage in the combo so you get full xray damage for something you can't block pretty crazy
Did they patch his Foward 3,2 x3 into Spear already? i get the F3,2x3 but can't get a spear after

You can just down 1 poke and he can't do anything about it in neutral footsies.

I'm working on striker with scorpion... Gives him mix ups that he's lacking, only tried it in the lab but I think strikers close bombs works with the teleport, think it makes it kind of safe... If he blocks then tries to punish the bombs will hit him, its kind of timed perfectly.. The bombs will hit just after he tries to punish,from behind so they won't see it coming.... So with that you can mix it up with the teleport cancel and throw...

Great job super. You are so right I hope Scorpion gets an upgrade to get a mixup because as it stand his very predictable and bockable and most of his startups all u need is docking and he cant hit u at all cuz he got no LOW combo starter at all. Every character so far has a LOW, MID, HiGH mixup this one has none.
Do you think he might get that with the next patch?? OVERHEAD OR LOW MIXUP ABILITY? what do you think Super??

Having issues playing with crouch blockers scorpions only overhead is to predictable teleport is to slow and fire doesn’t stun low blockers so what else can you do besides using a kameo that can be seen a mile away

He has great stagers and damage but having no mixups is he’ll bro I struggle so hard putting pressure on almost anything as most people know I don’t have mixups so the just crouch whole game , should have gave him a overhead starter idk he feels weak
If you want to beat people online and you are an average player, do NOT use scorpion
Standing 122 is an overhead. If you’re constantly spamming 21 and then catch them with a 122 it can be an easy overhead hit.

Sorry can I ask what do I use to counter most strings in the corner? I can use x but then no damage square and triangle are also too slow and I’m noticing it more as I more higher in rank.
If you want to counter corner pressure you can look for gaps in strings (for example raiden has a string where he kicks then does a double overhead and you can down 1 in the middle of it) or try to duck under highs and punish with a down 2 or whatever you can punish with
Honestly you just gotta wait for a mistake or try and get a kameo attack in that doesn’t stop you from moving
Can you not reset the screen so fast, it's kinda hard to see whatpves truly look like when the screen gets reset before the finish every time. Even like when you kept doing back 3 I get it's the same move but if you can let it finish first that would be helpful.

So just wanted to point out that if u hit the 2nd spear in a combo it will knock down and ur + 50 or something I usally setup darrius f+kameo,
I know there will be probably better setups for example u could make Cyrex suicide work but darrius seems fine u get a double overhead into a mix and if the opponent mashes u get a combo from Darrius overhead.
Hope somebody can use the Info for saucy setups =) and if so please show me ur setups :D

7:45 after launching them i use 1 3 because they bounce more and its easier to hit spear but i guess its less damage

It’s not balanced but it’s supposed to be fixable by kameos Stryker is a great kameo for him to me
