I'm not sure how you can't tell it's the same person each time. TBH I don't like her voice. When Horizon promos came out it was "damn not her again." She just a terrible actor IMO.
I remember getting chills when playing HZD and hearing Aloy scream “I am not your anointed! I don’t belong to you!” Brilliant BRILLIANT acting and scripting. Ashly is a big reason why Aloy came to life as one of my favorite game protagonists.

It just didn't have the same kind of humor and the side quests felt different for some reason as well. Never played Tales but I heard good things of it. Too bad Borderlands 3 wasn't as good as 2, story and humor-wise (which to me is Borderlands' strong point)

I feel in love with Ashly's work the second I heard her as Chloe in LiS. Then I realized I heard her prior as Cassie Cage in MKX. Loved Horizon as well. Just all around amazing.
Imagine Ashly playing the adult Tiny Tina in a Borderlands animated movie. She could do motion capture and voice over for the character, now that would be cool to see.

I kinda wished Aloy's face and other character's face in horizon moves more realisticly cause the voice actors did so well but it just doesn't fit the character's face movements. This is the only thing i hate about the game. It's gameplay, story and world is amazing.
yeah i agreed, zero dawn had amazing graphic especialy you play on pc in ultra setting, but when you see aloy talking to npc, its kinda wierd, she has almost no expression on her face
Most if not all of RPG are like that. Because of the large scale of the world and quests/dialogues available, to be more efficient, the game uses automatic way to animate characters face & body in correlation to their voice & supposed body movement. That's why the result is not as good as a motion capture, which you can see in cut scenes.
@@ctangkau that makes sense, but if you see other RPGs like The Witcher 3, the characters there even the random NPC that you meet always has a certain personality to them. Some NPCs make jokes and Geralt and the other characters actually has really good face animations. But i don't really know why Horizon Zero Dawn's face animations looks a bit odd, maybe the characters's eyes rarely moves or blinks which is why it look robotic. But i definitely understand your point, it's not easy writing and acting every single side quest

I can't commend Parvati enough for her performance in Horizon. It compelled me through the story, feeling Aloy's exhaustion with, but great empathy for, the very broken characters and tragedy that surrounded her. Pavarti elevated the emotional hook of Horizon with her performance. One of the best games I've ever played.

Funny how RUclips recommended this video. I just finished Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep in Borderlands 2, and is now playing The Outer Worlds with Parvati as my most frequent companion. Ashly Burch did an amazing job on both roles!

Unfortunately Aloy’s face was based on someone else. Maybe for 2 they can do more mocap with her tho, she’s definitely boosted her acting resume!

Play Horizon Zero Dawn, the game is a master piece and she has THE perfect voice for the character, and every line is delivered perfectly!
I was worried it was gonna be the tyrene, but heck yeah! Tina's voice, especially in bl2 is absolutely perfect and she's a treat to be around as well!
Bro, Horizon: Zero Dawn is such a good game. I re-played it almost 16 times now and I have a platinum for it, trust me when I say this, it’s a really good game.

I can't commend Parvati enough for her performance in Horizon. It compelled me through the story, feeling Aloy's exhaustion with, but great empathy for, the very broken characters and tragedy that surrounded her. Pavarti elevated the emotional hook of Horizon with her performance. One of the best games I've ever played.

The fact that Ashley dreamed about being videogame voice actress is so beautiful. People usually very sceptic to this rather wonderfull form of entertainment. So this is very nice and encouraging example. Ashley - you're great. Aloy is one of my favorite video game charachers, let alone amazing tiny Tina!
