One of the few instruments where he would actually let Taylor in to the studio, they would record every other instrument and vocals himself, but he said Taylor is better than him at drums, the first Foo Fighters album is 100% Dave
This song resonates with me as I was getting through the grief of my late husband's untimely death from cancer. I see so many meanings in many of Dave's words and beautiful rhythm.

Sadly the "I never want to die" part is NEVER as awesome, intense, and emotional as the record's version. "Studio" song almost brings me to tears. This one makes me sad at how different it WAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH
I remember when I first found out Dave grohl was the drummer in nirvana and it blew my mind! (Born in 1992.) I like that I've always known him from foo fighters! First video of theirs I watched was learn to fly and I fell in love 😂❤
