I think its a great idea to record your practice briefings to get the weirdness out of the way. In our time you would be given the book, practice it once in front of the YO and then the Maj assessing the module in two days or so with all the other training going. Planning and briefing is the main bread and butter of officers and difference between a soldier and leader of the platoon. That should be emphasized more so people take this part seriously.
It will be stressful in the sense that every step and move you take will count towards points. Cadre rating is a big thing so volunteer and always come prepared to class and labs. You will do great just stay focused. Good luck!
i know this vid is kinda "old"... but i think you did great! Better than a lot of "X-rays" that have had to do this... Important to line up and verbalize all the details (OPORD), more important to do it in a confidant way! Awesome job!
I would wish to see ROTC OF A COMBAT TEAM, BATTLE GROUP AND BDE GROUP. OTHERWISE I CAN SAY I AM OBSESSED AND ADDICTED TO WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS. THANK YOU FOR THIS NICE WORK.
Hi Britney! This is a great example (I know it's from a long time ago!) I am an APMS and would like to use your video during my OPORD class for my MSIs and MSIIs if that's ok? I would embed it in my lesson deck, so it will link directly to your video. Thanks!
Ohh nice one!! What was your highest rank in the army? What's your rank at the video? Do you miss the time when you where in the army? The USA people must felt safe back then!!
Disclaimer:
I am not a tactics professional. This is a homework assignment. Thank you for watching.
This definitely helped out for my ROTC Lab brief. Thank you so much for this video

@@SilverBeaty thank you and yes you can, I made this for a class assignment and left it up to help others also. 😊
Could you post or send me the shell you used for the OPORD. It is very well structured!
I don’t have it anymore, otherwise I would have sent it to you! Best of luck
