In regards to the OG video, I feel like the biggest thing I hear in analog vs digital is that there's almost always some sort of strange EQ resonances in digital plugins that mimic compression. The A clip just felt smoothened out as opposed to the B having a weird resonating low end and a clickier sharp high end transient that just wasn't being tamed, and I feel like you can hear that across the board in a lot of these shootouts if you're in a strong listening environment. I don't always get it right but focusing on those things helps lol.
