    The best supplement for building muscle and losing fat is real food. Fruits, vegetables, beef, chicken, fish, etc. Drink water and get good sleep. The supplements you buy in the store are #2.

      Quality supplements aren’t cheap. The cheap ones don’t work as good as the regular priced ones. They if you only have a small amount of budget take creatine and take half a scoop of protein instead of the full scoop.

    As much as I agree get your ass out of the Walmart and into a health and supplement store. Get a membership and ask about all the perks, if you just go in blindly you’ll be overpaying. The employees are nice and informed. They’ll help you find deals tell you about events the store has to save you money, they’ll tell you about sales, freebies, and points systems to save you more money. Also realize as much as it is a tad bit more expensive after the discounts it’s not that much of a price difference. Especially when you are getting the safest ingredients from someone who gives a shit about your well being even just being an employee.
    Walmart employees don’t even care about expiration dates, and could care less if you buy anything.

    Well 1 out of 3 ain't bad.
    Creatine yes. Protein power? Its depends. I prefer getting my protein from food.Multi vitamin? Just eat a well balanced diet which should provide you with the vitamins and nutrients that you need.

      In a way your right, if you can eat a good lil protein meal after a workout. I can't eat after, so I take 2-3 scoops of BSN protein ... it has fiber so ... for the recovery stuff

    Beginners should concentrate on creating a routine in the gym and getting consistent. After they have that down, then they can start to work on proper eating and lastly add in supplements once the first two are regular and consistent. Newbie’s want to run out and buy a bunch of supps before they have a good foundation. Poor advice

    Go to an actual supplement store tho. Not Walmart. The stuff most department and drug stores carry is very poor quality and not
    Good options. I recommend GNC or Advance Supps for good variety of quality options.

      You can get big without that. Maybe not artificially big but unless you want to get huge you don’t need to use that other product. Most people just want to look like they work out and have done upper body strength and that’s totally achievable without that.
