is it okay to put like 10secs rest time in between those exercises? it looks so good. but i cant really stay that long on a rebounder, my feet/knees get hurt easily. maybe cause im too heavy
Make sure you are also using a good rebounder. Anything cheaper than $100-150 is going to HURT your joints more than help your body. This is the one i personally bought. I tried starting with a cheap 50 one and it hurt! I am a massage therapist so yes, liste to the people that say it IS worth investing into a better one. I am not a sales rep at all. I am just a person letting you know what i have experienced and the tramp i have looks exactly like the brand i have. not sure which modle. I personally got the 350. Keep up the good work, we all start somewhere!

What is the best shoes to get? I try no shoes and it is okay for a while but I can tell my Plantar fasciitis is going to start fearing up. I got a rebounder that was 100 dollars. I couldn’t afford higher it is bungees. Anyway it isn’t hard to bounce and it isn’t bad at all the feel of it. I am just always trying to find good shoes. I found harder bottom shoes is good for weight lifting Because I had feet surgery and it helps with balance. But I can’t use them for step aerobics or plyometrics, I use brooks running shoes for that. Or ASICS, and it can’t have the arches up to high. It hurts the PF, so I tried the running shoes and it is to wide feeling on the bottom for trampoline, so I heard cheer shoes? Anyone know which brand or type may have some cushion and be good for rebounding and NOT an arch in them?

Sorry, but for me, the tempo, a lot of the moves and transitions between moves felt very awkward in this workout even though I do tramp a lot.
