Dude, this is incredible! I can't believe we haven't seen you or your van on social media before now. I'm surprised there isn't a line of companies out there trying to sponsor you, your vision IS the future and your road trip is pretty cool.
Truly inspired by your van and how it runs off solar only. I thought it was cool when i installed our 200W solar panels on the roof of our Sprinter van conversion, let alone the thousands of watts you have to power yours! haha
Happy vanning! Keep safe and big love from the UK, Sam & Gabi.

nice set up/ that same roof expansion solar is the type that ran through my own head a few years ago just in thinking about it/ looks good,,, I think I was on 8020.net website when I was thinking those random thoughts, but here in Texas we are more likely to just do a simple panel &battery to 12v cold box to keep our beer cold off grid than anything as complex as recharging an EV. **not everyone like extruded aluminum systems, but you can always recycle sailboat masts or catamaran crossbeams too instead.

I want to see more content on solar van 2.0 or the next version, would love a livestream with will prowse brainstorming the ideal build. Also more data would cool. things like using a sun tracking app to "steal free sun from the street" etc, catchy title, content that is rare on the internet and will be valuable for future solar vans. just the topic of street solar and code/zoning is complex and intreating as it forms the foundation of free living. then you have the ev charging station/camper van topic, try to get a ticket. like live at an ev charger for a month or something, this topic is going to be interesting and someone needs to be first. and heres a new topic, heat your van with bitcoin miners powered from the solar, breakout the cost and show if it can buy you food. or get free power from an ev station.

Some people are saying that the van is not repairable. How is it holding up?

Van is repairable, at a cost though. One which I have been unable to cover... but a plan is in action
