They do. But they are not designed to do so in proximity to aircraft. They explode so they don’t cause damage when they come back down to the surface.

I was stationed with these in Iraq. They are designed to shoot down rockets/ mortars, etc. They were very accurate.

Сбить быструю и маневрирующую цель в ручном режиме почти невозможно, не смотря на скорострельность. Тем более урон у снаряда как у ссаной петарды.
