Thanks man! Sorry for the late reply, I'm just starting to get back into this channel. I just bought my 2nd Mavo LF for b-cam, love this system!

Thank you for this informative review! I'm really leaning towards this camera because of what I've been learning about it. It will be my 1st cine camera and my question is how big are the files in ProRes 4444 for a 1 minute clip for example?

As a new owner of the Mavo LF I appreciate your insights on this amazing camera. Is the latest OS from Kinefinity stable on the Mavo Lf?

Hey man! sorry for the late reply, I havnt been oaths channel much the last couple months. I honestly don't know or don't think the latest OS firmware works with the gen 1 Mavo LF. I haven't tried but the website says Mark ii & Edge cameras only 🤷‍♂

Does it have a 444 format? Thats important for VFX

absolutely! I shot 6k ProRes 4444 for my feature film i'm in post for. File sizes were HUGE! lol. It even goes up to ProRes 4444XQ but only 4k up to 48fps.

it can even do Compressed CDNG 3:1, 5:1, & 7:1. but I haven't used those settings cause it's overkill for what I do but it is an option. The new Mark2s don't have Compressed CDNG in them.
