I just noticed that they made a slight change to one of the lines in his GHA. In ASB, he says _"発現したぞッ！/Hatsugenshita zo!",_ while in ASBR, he says _"発動したぞッ!/Hatsudōshita zo!"._ If the translator I'm using is to be believed, the former translates to "It manifested!", while the latter translates to "It triggered!". So close enough, just a slight change of phrasing. Both the original manga and the anime use _"Hatsudōshita zo!",_ so I have no idea why ASB changed the line. Perhaps during recording, the voice actor misread the line or there was a typo in the script or something, and since it was close enough, nobody ever noticed.
I think I like the newer one more as a voice actor in general and a voice for Kira, but the old one definetly sounds more expressive about the attacks. His "3rd bomb! Bites the Dust!" sounds way more energetic and active, it FEELS like an attack way more

The new Kira has the better voice in my mind. It's really amazing... But he sounds so FLAT. Like he just doesn't care even when he's meant to be laughing manically.
kira's previous v.a was definetely good you cant lie but it's not giving that spirit of kira's goal to "living a quiet life". he's acting like he's angry. but the new v.a gives that spirit to you, like in the anime or manga that kira's relaxed mannerisms when fighting. he voiced kira in anime too and it was surely very good. expect from these, i like everything in the new but "daisan no bakudan" part in the old version was better :)

Tbh kosaku have the best gha, it just looks and sounds awesome, and its not just some 5 second barrage like others and ofc it heals you, the only problem is that it does small dmg

Not gonna lie, I do LOVE the Hayato scream in the new voice, I in general really loved it in the anime period. I'll give R a point here.
