Great video!! 😁 After always struggling w/ being cold it’s great this year to not be having too much of that problem! The right nutrition plan for my imbalances has really helped me and I highly recommend your great book and free digestion course!! 💕Also, I would add doing whatever you can to improve your circulation and lymph flow. Rebounding or vibration plate, lying on your back with your feet up against the wall foot before bed, foot baths in lukewarm water a few times a day followed by putting on wool socks, sleeping with a hot water bottle in the bed (can move around at night to the hands or feet, /wherever area is the cold). Red light or infrared heat too!
Thanks so much for being such a great resource and all the helpful info you provide!! 🥰

I used to have cold hands and feet. Like all my life. My Mother had this. I assumed it was genetic and also because I- like Mom - am naturally tall and slim with long limbs.
I changed this in recent years. I think it's a dietary thing mostly - as well as physical exercise. In any case - though I occasionally have cold feet in cold weather - basically I'm fine now. And I'm 77.

I've had Raynaud's my whole life. I'm 67 and spend my winters trying to keep my feet warm . I can feel the reaction and it also causes brain fog. Once the reaction starts only warm water will correct it , also wearing gloves is a joke.

We hear things like this a lot. Your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through running simple self-tests you can run at home to get an idea of what imbalances can be creating trouble, and what steps would help you correct them. Food sensitivity issues are the biggest culprit for me. Histamine release can put you in a sympathetic state. Give up dairy and grains for a week and see if it helps. Especially if I eat dairy at night, I wake up the next morning with cold hands and feet.

@kickitnaturally can you please make a video healing adrenal fatigue and insomnia
Tired throughout the day insomnia at night no matter how early I wake up tried sleep restriction therapy magnesium in morning eating before sunset adding healthy fats but insomnia does not go away
These issues have been present with me before Covid but at least I would sleep at night and with some effort wake up and be able to manage now I cannot
I also have developed food issues whereby if I eat foods like strawberries kefir or oats guava pineapple I get headaches head pressure
All of this is new for me everyday headaches is another issue
Do you think this could be potential histamine intolerance causing adrenal fatigue or adrenal fatigue causing possible histamine reactions
I also was dxd with pylori
    I am sadly at a loss 😢

I have celiac. Didn't find out until she 50. I was colic when a baby, and the periods in my life when I ate the most wheat, I was the most (and regularly) depressed. It is worthwhile to try an elimination diet. This can be done in 2 basic ways... Remove items one at a time, for 3 weeks, and journalize your reactions. Or, you can do a full elimination diet, eating only rice for a few days, then add other items or groups of items for a week long and journalize your reactions. Good luck! (Oh, and BTW, don't always trust the western modern doctors... They are trained by the pharmaceutical industry, and they often don't understand health. In fact, in my case, they fully missed my issue, and even my blood test was negative, but the blood test, while accurate, is not 100% accurate and I wasn't eating gluten for a few weeks before doing the blood test.) Disclaimer: I am NOT suggesting you have celiac, but I AM suggesting it is worth checking out gluten AND other food intolerances.

Hello Sir, I am facing a poop problem for the last 15 years. When I use the toilet, my bowel movements are generally normal, but toward the end, I pass tiny particles of stool along with a burning sensation around the anus. Occasionally, I also notice that my stool is very light in color.
