Nice review. But a few comments: it is mainly focused to provide Helo slots, but you can of course add client aircraft as you like, to the generated mission. This way it is possible to have large multiplayer setups with human CAS, SEAD and/or Strike aircraft supporting troops. Only they don't integrate directly with the voice overs and messages. The Helicopters can easily call for CAS or Strike mission though or scout for the aircraft... We added a nice feature to the develop branch recently, that allows import of templates. This is one of the greatest features ever, as it allows to create complex and huge templates of base camps, FOBs, FARPs, enemy facilities with mixed, static and group objects, that can be placed in any scenario, at any (suitable, as in flat, solid ground etc.) location, on any map, with any coalition and rotation to match your scenario. We invested a lot of time in testing, creating and optimizing this, as now it is worth to create huge, complex and beautiful Forward Operations Bases, FARPs and staging areas, that can be utilized over and over again. Together with the RotorOps script, that creates an automated dynamic conflict, adds code snippets to enhance and expand the created mission, this is already way more than a quick mission generator... More like a mission template creation tool, whose output is perfect for mission creators to enhance and grow into complex setups and scenarios. The scenario template (what you select on the top pulldown), can contain triggers, actions, scripts that are all included into the generated mission, so you can create side missions, or add triggered actions based on troops killed, zones cleared etc. 😍
This looks fantastic, honestly. It's like the game mode from Arma that I enjoyed until I got tired of fighting their helicopters lol. Thank you for making this! Gonna have to rope a couple friends into playing this one with me now.
Grimm needs a cape, hopefully ED can sort out their dynamic AI so that this is the end-all for dynamic helo-based warfare! Thanks for the video @Tactical Pascale
Another great vid! Been playing this for a couple of weeks now. I've been adding the A-4E to the mission too. An F-5E would probably fit well too. It's a really good set of scenarios with quite a bit of replayability.
Great flying! Your accuracy on the tank at the end was perfect...but I don't think you can kill a tank with the gun. And you don't need to land on the smoke in the pickup zones, only within the f10 map circle. I can tell you like a challenge Pascale! :D
It’s a common mistake (that I also make despite knowing better) for DCS helicopter pilots to get WAY too close to the target… and then blame the AI for being good shots lol. (Not that you did but I hear it all the time) Nice landing on alpha. Whoever picked Bravo LZ needs to have their pathfinder badge taken away.
Hey, Pascal! Where do I extract this? Into DCS Saved Games location, or does it matter, just extract it, generate a mission, and it should show up in-game? It's a little unclear how it's supposed to function. Sorry for a lack of knowledge on where to extract it. Thanks for the video, by the way. Another question: Can we play on the Red side? I'm fed up with almost all missions being generated Blue/USA. I prefer a balance of blowing up Red and Blue equally. It feels like a little too much like propaganda with being slotted into Blue consistently over Red. 🙂

When the Apache drops I’ll have a few of us running some stuff at TDCS.
I agree it’s very much like that ARMA mode

Makes for an interesting liftoff 😆😆

I have to get way too close because I can’t aim for sh** 😆
I downloaded this but I’m struggling to get it installed. Can you do a video on how to get it going?
Can this generate vietnam type scenarios? id love to host something like this based on vietnam with a dynamic campaign based around infantry
nice video! at about 6mn30 you display a zoomed gunner view and I would like to know how you do that? is it a mod or a game view option?
I just zoomed in during editing
@@TacticalPascale too bad, I wish we could do that in game!
I only have the mod UH-60L. Can I play there with this mod in the lastest version?
Yes, you just need to create the mission and add the UH-60 in the editor
terry, get some, get some . laughs in .556
Am I having a flashback? Have I seen this vid before?
Not quite. It came out last week with some edits missing
@@TacticalPascale I thought so. Thank goodness for that
Will this work for steam DCS? I am fairly new to the simulator and loving your videos
It will indeed.
@@TacticalPascale Thanks will give it a go
sound good but can you add SA342 too ?
Yes

Extract it wherever you want, just copy the extracted file into your missions folder under saved games/dcsworld/missions.
I didn’t try flying as Red
@@TacticalPascale Thank you, P! :-)
Can this be used for the apache when it comes out?
Yes, I say that in the video
