All wood has a compresion parts and tention parts dependent on placement but mostly on growth. Most of the time you can determine them by watching the curve of the wood this way it will have compression and tension side compression being on the inside of the curve. Cutting the tension side will relieve pressure and allow you to cut the compression side without the wood biting down on the saw. If the part you are cutting off is suspended in the air the compression side moves to the bottom. It can also be caused by the wood structure it self. For example a tree growing on the mountain getting constantly bombarded by wind of significant strength in one direction. The tree will grow denser wood in the direction of the wind to stabilize it self. After drying or in no wind the dence side becomes the tension side that will be spread through the most of the cylinder.
I love the editing brotha, the commentary goes so perfect with it all as well. If you tried to do crazy videos you could make millions of views every video. Please, don’t lose sight of the true passion of making videos tho WHEN you blow up ❤
Shoot, I appreciate that very much! I'm starting to do a little more extreme videos, because the diy how-tos and tool review videos are not really what keep my up at night with excited. These type do. Thanks for watching and the comment 👍🏼
