This is how base skin for Leona would look like if she is released today.
Tbh I don't think so... I feel she doesn't really fit with traditional Solaria asthetics which is gold armor and white and red cloths. This skin is very dark and doesn't contain much of any of the solari elements other than the sun motifs

When i first saw the "awakened" Solar Eclipse Leona, i've remembered Diana's quote: "The sun does not reveal truth. Its light only burns and blinds.". Now, look closely to SE Leona's eyes. See what i mean?
I feel like Lunar is better because the colours are extremely different to other Leona skin which make the skin more unique and better .

they should make ultimate diana skin with all moon phases and moon eclipse (might as well add sun and sun eclipse since itll be ultimate) and ofcourse you can change between em in game and release the new BIGGEST EVENT which include day cycle on summoner rift :0 this will be the most epic thing. also release other epic skin of this skin line for champs who also have interactions with sun&moon. my idea on night time is recall faster(its night time time to go bed!) and morning side will grant you bonus decaying speed(its morning time time to go work!)

I understand that Diana's been getting quite a few skins lately, but I'm still confused as to why they didn't pair these up, considering it's like the perfect opportunity to do a VS event like Dawnbringer vs Nightbringer or the Godkings.
I think these skins had to be together. And would be great their mechanic function with the day time in real life, like if i play with the skin at Night, there appear me the dark Leona and the other for day. But im just dreaming.

I didn’t even realize until these skins that Leona’s W is literally called Eclipse and that the circle around her when you use it is an actual Eclipse occuring, exploding when the sun is fully covered.
Also anyone else think her shield and weapon kinda look like a Charge Blade from monster hunter?

They should make the Lunar skins particles pop more, the solar one is so bright and the lunar one just falls short a little bit.

They shouldve just made a skin called Eclipse Leona and made a Solar and Lunar chroma for it
They could have also done something like the ultimate MF skin where you can just switch whenever your out of combat

Her breathing animation seems so awkward. Like is she just perpetually out of breath? Her shoulders and chest raise so high

I'm a main Leona support and I never bought any of her previous skins because they are all hideous they lacked something but I can't put my finger on it. This is the first time i write a comment at walmart
It would have been cool if this was all in one skin. They could have made it based on k/d ratio throughout the game. so beginning when you're 0/0/0 it could have looked more eclipse like with a muted light spilling out around her dark silhouette and as you gain kills/assists you turn more solar eclipse and if you get killed more you turn more lunar or something. That would have been AWESOME if they could have done that. Not sure how difficult that would be. But it would be kinda cool to have a skin that changes because of what status you're in at that particular part of the match. The closest two that I know of that's like that is Sona because her song slightly changes as you play during her DJ skin and Lux because in her Elementalist skin your ability to transform is based on your ability to hit skill shots in order to fill your meter and transform. But neither of them actually change because of your standing in the match. THAT would have been amazing ^^!

To all the people saying this should have been a Versus between Leona and Diana. I think they didn't do that, because even though Leona and Diana might be equally powerful lore wise, the same thing can't be said for these two gameplay wise. Leona is a Support/Tank while Diana is a Mage/Assassin while the previous Versus involved two Bruisers and two Tanks.
