She realises the error of her ways and how the Sun and Moon are both two sides of the same coin - her tribe that worships the Sun can only find true peace and harmony by uniting with Diana's tribe and embracing their differences. The way she changes appearance in this animation shows her mastery over both the powers of the Targonian aspect of the Sun and the aspect of the Moon, and how she is willing to use both to stop the seemingly endless war between them.
The calmer part 2:05 makes me think of how Leona feels with the Moon after coming into understanding. Understanding with her lover's aspect which deepens her love to her. I feel it's very safe and tranquil... like a lullaby.
