Yes!! I personally love my blue light glasses, it so helps with being on the computer so much and not being able to get much sunlight. I also started using a red light before bed which has been so helpful with sleep! And the tea, nettle and dandelion are amazing! Nettle has a lot of minerals which would be amazing for you since you’re not consuming fruit, honey or milk which has a lot of necessary minerals. Potato’s and squashes are also mineral rich. That’s something I wish my naturopathic doctor would have told me when I was used to deal with adrenal fatigue. As always, love your videos and look get so excited to watch them every time they come out!! ❤

I actually don’t have a lot of knowledge on why some people are overstimulated more than others - I think there could be so many factors aside from physiological maybe related to trauma or just being a highly sensitive person I think there’s a lot of reasons which I haven’t looked too much into but I’d like to! I just ordered these ear plugs from a company called Loop and people who are overstimulated by noise where them all the time - I also saw on their Instagram the owner or someone talking about how because our world is so loud we actually should be wearing earplugs out in public etc. so ya pretty interesting here’s the link to the site! us.loopearplugs.com

The headphones are called “Bose” but you can get any noise cancelling ones and I also found these earplugs the other day and just ordered also for noise cancelling I got the “quiet” ones us.loopearplugs.com For evening primrose I take gel capsules and whichever brand I can find in health food stores but I like Omega Factors Ultra Prim or New Roots Evening Primrose! And no particular almond brand just whatever I can find and soak them 🥰💕

I find there's no substitute for quiet time in bible even though we are in touch all day... that's the life line Hehe
I also had fatigue and later found out I was low on iron. You can check to make sure your iron is not low.
