i like my sausages nice and cooked through so i poke them and quarter turn them, mashed spud with plenty of butter and milk dont forget the butter in the peas afterwards !
Don't prick your sausages, you lose moisture. If cooking in a pan just keep the heat medium low to ensure they are cooked through by the time they have finished browning. You can also cook them in the oven.

You have to have the peas or peas and carrots with this otherwise it is not b and m...it is just something like b and m. P and c's are not the highlight of the meal but, somehow, they have to be there
