HOW TO POUR A ROSETTA: Going Over the Most Famous Pour In Latte Art

  • This video is simple. I go over the three main styles of rosettas poured around the world.
I purposefully did not hamper on how, exactly, to do a rosetta from the very beginning because I am methodically putting together this latte art series in a way that they build off one another.
If you have NOT watched my video on rippling, make sure to do so before attempting rosettas. Also, please watch it before judging this video, as it perfectly supplements and builds off of it.
While here, please subscribe and perhaps like this video! All the support helps.
Support the channel on Patreon- / lancehedrick
Through Patreon, you have access to my personal discord where I am very active! Come on, upload latte art videos, and I'll happily give feedback!
Find me on IG- / lancehedrick
I have one rosetta variation I specifically contributed. Check out the hashtag on IG #pulsetta or #pulsettarevolution
People mentioned in the video (IG accounts):
David Schomer- Espresso Vivace owner @espressovivace (much of latte art is attributed to David)
Junichi Yamaguchi- @junichi_yamaguchi (pioneer of fine line rosettas)
Christopher "Nicely" Alameda- @nicely85 (pioneer of slosetta, slo to ro, and wrapped rosettas)
Chris Lin- @chrislin4.0 (didn't pioneer the slow rosetta, but brought it to prominence)

You need to fire whoever was operating the camera, *and* the editor. What you are doing being so far out of focus is inexcusable, and then your editor showing an angle with only the bottom/side of the cup visible is completely useless - but still mostly the camera operator's fault for not planning the shot better. The only useful shot was the overhead. Your technique is amazing and I've learned a lot from watching your series, so thanks for doing these videos.
