    2022 is definitely going to be better then last Year. I have been waiting for you to finish the LS off. Awesome content 👍. I run a mellions oil pump 30% higher volume not higher pressure.👏🔥💯🎉🤟

      G'day mate, glad you like our latest video. Do you run a Accusump with your upgraded oil pump?

    Love an LS engine build, almost as good as watching a SB2.2 build 👌

      Nothing is as good as a SB2.2 on full song! 😍

    That's a big cam for a 6L. If you weren't running the Higgins heads would be concerned with piston to valve clearance especially on a track car. But i'm sure your engine builder is aware. Should have amazing LS chop at idle. Hope it has enough low down for a track car coming out of corners. Will have great top end. Congrats on a great build and can't wait to see how it turns out.

      G'day Alex, yes our engine builder has specced the cam and we should be good to go. This thing is going to have a heap of compression! We will pick up massive amounts of mid range and top end which will be perfect for the track. Under 3000rpm will lose a bit but it never goes below 4000rpm on the track anyways.

    Melling oil pumps are imo the best

    Nice work fellas! Going to be a N/A beast. High volume oil pump will be great not sure if you'll require any oil surge. Should hit 340-350rwkw. Might need to look at a new fuel pump see what the tuner says. Love the channel!

      Thanks mate, yes we will keep an eye on our fuel system, particularly with going to E85. With my driving style the oil surge tank is there for insurance! 😃

    With that heater hose I’ve heard of a few people using a VL heater hose so it doesn’t run over the manifold runs down the side there are people out there that do make proper hose kits for that especially the Yankees

    • @ClunieGarage
      @ClunieGarage  2 года назад +1

      G'day mate, haven't heard about the VL option, will look into that. Yes, we will probably go with a proper hose kit delete solution and will do a video on it as well.

    Gday Fred, I threw all the goodies at my L77 6L during last years lockdowns, very happy with it.
    What are you using for pulleys? I need to get a nice pulley kit.

    Great to see guys, I'm running an L77/TR6060 in my Nissan Z32, as stock we got 382hp with E85 on the dyno. Looking to do some of these upgrades later this year, aiming at 450hp. How much did you take off the heads and did you get larger valves? Also as mine was the manual set up it never had the DOD but will it still have those rubbish lifters?
