I dont doubt the knowledge and skill of the cook, but the video is hard to understand. The automatic translation of subtitles does not function well. Some English inputs are badly spelled and seem ungrammatical. And I wonder whether the very short cooking time is an effect of editing or indeed part of the recipe. With videos like this the soup is certain to remain a mystery and secret...
