Omg I just realized you just posted this I’m so happy to see a more recent video mane! I’m 14yr old brown skin girl and recently just got out the worst months (6 months) and my skin just started rapidly healing with African black soap, Shea butter, meditation, n foods and for the past 3 weeks my skin rapidly has been healing I think from the soap n food n teas pulling toxins out of my body. But enough about my rant I am great full for you posting this baby me being 14yrs trying to pursue these dreams in gloves jeans n sweaters has been hard but knowing there are people out there going through this is insanely inspiring. I thank you much love and luck sent to you your amazing

Hi Rosa . This is Spandan from India 🇮🇳
Went through your videos about TSW.
I didn’t know that I was using a moderate corticosteroids ( mometasone furoate 2X-25X) for the past 3 years.
On oct 26,2021 I came to know about the harmful effects of that drug.
I’m in my day 12. Hope it heals within this year. Applying moisturiser. No drug just good diet and supplements from your videos.
Thank you so much hope it heals soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️

On a further note, I am very happy you had the chance to be with your reiki master. This video gave me motivation to get into reiki. I am currently withdrawing from TSW but I still use cortisone mometasone but only 2 x a week 4 days off. Gradually going down. Next week gonna try 5 days off and then 6 and then if that's going well I will try and use only one day. I wish I could go cold turkey but I did that in september and after 2,5 months my hands got so bad and it hurted so much. I couldn't sleep because of the itch. Also I have night sweats and it's like I'm allergic to my own sweat. Can you imagine.

You are just so wise and this video was so inspiring! I came into your video researching eczema for my 4 month old daughter as she has been going through tsw. Even only for the little time she had used it. I am extremely thankful for the tsw community as our doctor, paediatrician and dermatologist all wanted to have a more aggressive approach to help with her “extreme eczema” and give my baby girl a stronger dose of steroids and I quote extreme eczema as it was a steroid induced eczema flare. I knew the difference between my daughters normal eczema and after using the hydrocortisone what it looked like on her skin. Your video has really offered me a wisdom that will help my daughter later in life for me to help her through any of the flare ups she may experience throughout her life’s journey and be there to guide and support her to work through her healing naturally. Ty so much for being you! God bless you!

Thank you for all this information, i really look forward reading the books you are studying. I suffer from TSW after some bad skin rash/eczema, the topical steroid creams made it far worse and im going through some very tough stuff sleepness nights etc right now.. I only did topical steroids for just 4 weeks. Doctors wont tell you how dangerous topcial steroid creams are. People should be aware of this issue.

Going through an eczema flare up again, not as bad as flare ups I’ve had in the past but it is rather annoying, the last one I had I was hospitalised, this one is nowhere near that but it rather uncomfortable and sometimes painful, the itching is the worst and is driving me absolutely insane, and the redness of course is pretty ugly, at night when I’m trying to sleep is the worst, I will wake up and go to town on my skin because of the itch, thank you for spreading awareness, Much love to you from the UK 🇬🇧
P.S do you find certain areas on your skin irritate more than other areas ?? For me it’s the creases of my arms, and my under arms

Thanks for this inspirational video, I'm one week in to TSW. Luckily I've used it fairly sparingly over the many years but got out of control for four months after having a baby. Already seeing a huge improvement in skin and loving healing without those evil steroids! One question I had was what your recommended clothing detergent was as I'm sure this causes irritation for me. Thanks

Hi! So proud of you and your journey! I personally use a soap/fragrance free detergent as I find it’s most gentle on my skin :)

Exactly the same for me. Very mild ezcema my whole life and mild steroid use and since having a baby I’ve been experiencing TSW. Improving Gut health and fasting seem to be working for me

Wow. Thank you so much for this video. The feeling of worthlessness makes so much sense. I had a recent flare-up during a spiritual awakening. I've found some natural products that have helped where it spread, but it originated on my face. And it's at its worse there. So it is healing. Tsw is real!! My doctors didn't say anything about addiction but said not to use it too much because it will thin your skin.
