    Interesting cover which went through many places and markings. Very interesting. I especially found it interesting that it was censored. It is sad that today the cancelations of many countries became very minimal or are even absent, and minimal if any history is documented on the covers now. Thanks for the video! 🙂

    The blue cross denotes that the letter is registered. This was common practice until fairly recently and I can remember it being still in use up until at least the 1970s or 1980s. It was also possible to buy registered envelopes with a printed blue cross. Your cover is a bit interesting in that the blue cross is only on the front. I am more familiar with them being back and front.

    The blue pencil cross is 2 signify that the letter is registered.
