You know you got scammed, when Rick doesn't call an expert
He's definitely selling this for 2k easily lol
Gamalyel they gotta make a profit lol classic words
Yeah man but he has like...to "frame" it n stuff.
Yeah they'll need to restore some of its pages and put it in a frame.
Yeah, it’s gonna be a 5 year project to fix it, paint it, get it signed by jesus, frame it and it’s gonna be hanging on the wall for decades until someone comes
You should contact the show, buy it for $1500....and then easily sell it for $2000.
Without an auction, later that week, it was bought for 1,000,000
1:19 anyone else see the hairs on lens or piece about lower center
Lol yeah I thought it was my screen at first!
Dude I was legit just sitting on the ground petting my cat and I thought it was her hair so I blew on the screen and then it wasn't there... legit thought it was a hair from her lol
Me
Wow, first time I've seen one of them pawn shop gyus actually look the customer in the eyes as the shook hands.
Dude this guy scamed himself, that's a first
That pause rick does after he hears the "500" is where he thinks "oh good, I get this for free... now I might get less than free"
How bout 300?
For a decent prop from a major movie from very long ago, he should have gotten more.
Like Rick said, it has to be something prominent from the a movie for it be worth something, and even then it depends on the movie. Cleopatra is a good movie, but it's not a movie people say OMG, that was an amazing film, best ever, it doesn't get people talking compared to such movies as Harry Potter, or LOTR or Star Wars....
it's a background prop from an old movie that isn't gaining any more traction... it's not worth a lot.
Really cool find! Thanks for sharing it! Nice to see a lil history before it's all 'paved over' ! Gotta love those who try to obscure!
.3:04- 3:05 rick thinking " hahahaha i scammed this man and for a good price too. all mine mine MINE."
Yeah, just look at how Rick smiles and looks at the item after making the deal
He didn’t call his buddy this time 🤯🤯🤯
Of course not when he said 500 rick knew he was going to rob him didn't need his thieving "experts" to help this time
My father made this amazing kind of art used in a movie. Something I can always hold onto and remember him for, and potentially pass down through my family. But I would rather have $400.
Without the outtro clip, this vid and I got along famously.
wow...this is the first i saw him bought what the seller haggled...
thats because that shield cost $1000 plus
poor dude got ripped off
He got what he wanted ?
Hannible 100 should've got alot more
Ripped him off? It's a fuckin piece of styrofoam with some paint on it... gimme a break
mike.. fiberglass and resin. pay attention! lol
The Kids Nice No imbecile, it's a piece of cinema history.
STOP THIS IS MY GRANDPA POP 💀💀
Rick: give me 25 bucks and ill take it off your hands, and im taking all the risk
1:45 gaaah dang.
Rick doesn't call his expert because he knows the expert's gonna say it's worth 2K.
I thought it was stan lee haha 😂
50 bucks!!
He saw the paperwork and the prop kinda match the scene so he didn't need a expert which gonna cost him.
Wow the guy actually got what he wanted
I’d love to own it.
Rick always low-balls everything that comes in the store
Wouldn't you?
Have you never haggled over price in your life? Start low, and build up. First rule of negotiating is never pay full price.... *smh*
Buy low sell high
Its a business. You probably shouldn't run a business if you think like that, or you will end up going out of business.
Yeah, but he tends to be more lenient when he's got a personal fondness for something, like he wants to buy it for himself. This was one of those items.
most the scenes of cleopatra shooting took place in morocco ouarzazate
50bucks other wise I'd offhahahahahh
It's a wall hanger Rick :P
There's one for sale for $598 USD atm wonder how much Rick was asking for his back then....
I think it's worth more than $500. Old man got gypped.
he ripped him off
2:46 blonde in the right position for me.
lmao! same here
Thirsty ass creeps.
Sure kid
Bent over stiffly like a 90 yr old woman?? Lol get some standards you thirsty fuck
poor old man. that could sell 2k+ and rick doesnt want to be obvious but taking advantage like 300 lol
You should contact the show, buy it for $1500....and then re-sell it and make a fortune. What are you waiting for?
I detest Rick's fake condescending laugh.
Definitely worth way more never trust a pawn shop owner
Why do people who have no idea how pawn shops work keep coming to these videos and commenting on them?
LMAO Josh. Do you not know how pawn shops work? Go run a business yourself, then come back here and post once you're educated.
🤑 Casinos Rule 🤑
Junk, toss it in the waste bin
Rick- "Cleopatra was one of the greatest movies of all time. This will fly off the shelf, I'll have no problem selling this"
Also Rick-" the movie was a while ago, it's going to be hard to sell, I'm taking all the risk"
rick had this piece selling for a price tag of $2500..
Commenters always lie about Rick. Where's your proof?
EasyThere Pilgrim lol..
Heavy D boooooooom vai CORINTHIANS
I hope your dad don't find out
So the girl in the pink top with the short shorts kept bending over to intentionally show what was for dinner if the price was right?
This is the cats meow!!
I feel like the guy woulda taken $375 or $350 idk 🤷🏼
Why would a movie prop be important?
Because usually everything goes to archives vaults and are never seen again.
Ya there cheap usually
Girl in pink in background
Pants too high tho 😢😭
Mr. Brown would like it
All you people saying Rick ripped him off and that this prop is worth a fortune....you don't know anything about movie collectibles. A prop is only valuable if it's significant. Something in the background of one scene isn't worth much.
EasyThere Pilgrim Not to mention that despite its significance, nobody is especially passionate about Cleopatra compared to films like Godfather, Star Wars or Casablanca.
His dad must be 100 million years old
he’s not 💀
It was a fake and the end of that episode
No more 100 comments
He can sell for 5k rick is simple but terrible person.
You can see his action.
100th comment.
Cleopatra was NOT one of the biggest movies of all time. Its one of the biggest flops of all time, it bombed in the theaters, critics hated it and it almost bankrupted 20th Century Fox. So its probably actually worth $20 lol
I would hate to go to this pawnshop and be treated like and idiot god I hate rick
Kaiden Cuthbert I'm sorry ur the fucking idiot!
Claire XserviceX sorry I didn't mean to
if you wanna see people get pissed about getting lowballed at pawnshops, there's Hardcore Pawn
