Hi Jason, when are you more than likely to use a VND in your outdoor portrait work? Is it on days when you don't want to use the shutter to control incoming light or is there a specific reason?
@@davidgibbs1636 it’s more that I feel I’m able to control the look I want more with the nd than with hss. I have just felt comfortable with it and have enjoyed the results

@@AMontero_ I actually just shot a video using my ad200 for lighting rather than the 600. It should be out in a few weeks. But you use it exactly the same way. It’s just not as powerful
Great shoot, can you please let me know if you use gel to adjust the color of the flash and if the ad600 suffers of a color shift at sinc speed and HSS.

I have not noticed any color cast. I use the Freewell V2 Hybrid VND/CPL. I have a video on it.
By any chance 🙈 do you have the Godox AD200? If so, can you please show us how to use it, with what size soft box, etc.?
