@@nok4799 he was really important to the story, he introduced the saiyans, increases the power level of the show by x3 (goku had 452, the original strongest before Raditz with around 1500), and introduced scouters which got the whole Saiyan Saga to happen + was fundamental in the Namek Saga. He could have played a bigger role definitely, but he was meant to be a transitional character to start Z.
This theme has such an old PSX vibe. It sounds like something from Super Dragon Ball Z or the PSX Dragon Ball fighting games. I don't think is far-fetched to assume it's maybe a little homage to those times
Man everything about this is cool. Gohan and krillin starting the fight against the ginyu force against guldo. While waiting for goku to arrive with this playing in the fight is awesome
I kinda wished that the ginyu force where turned good cause they pretty much have each other backs if they had witnessed frieza getting rekt by ssj goku then they would relized that goku is superior and knowing goku who is merciful and kind to others I think the ginyu force and goku could actually become great friends and join the z warriors
Weirdly enough, I had the music settings on random. And the first time this turned up? Piccolo's fight with Android 20 of all battles. It was actually pretty fitting (Despite me getting the worst ass-beating in the game so far from it, having to use all the 40-something Vitadrinks I had and about 2 senzu beans)
I love this track! Is this track only for Guldo? A shame it plays only once... it's a great track. Honestly it sounds like it came from Parasite Eve from the good old PS1 days! It feels like a boss fight theme for it.
actually i prefer it to be guldo's theme, it fit the feel of the battle perfectly, it sounds like you're frozen in time, and then you get unfrozen when the music kicks up
correct me if I'm wrong but this only plays once right? honestly it kind of fits that guldo gets a unique theme seeing as he was the most unique of the force ironically even though he was the weakest he wasn't about brute force like the others were his skills were all in his psychic powers the next unique would have been burter but his speed didn't make him all that unique

a catchy tune, shame we only heard once and for a rather "low" fow, even if this fight is cool and rather original with the telekinesis tech and the fearful nature of this opponent, quite unusual among dbz foes.
Guldo definitely had one of the more unique boss battles in the game.
Absolutely my favorite fight so far. I can't believe the day would come where Guldo would be one of the highlights of a db game.
