Great tip! I pulled my machine all apart to clean the pump and valves, etc and still had the same problem as you. Switched hoses and guns and found out it worked just fine. Now I know the problem has to be a clogged nozzle. Easy fix. Thanks!

Good tip. Honestly, knowing me, if I hadn't seen your video I wouldn't ever realize there was that wire in the user manual bag to unclog it. I usually just put the user manual off to the side unless I'm having an issue figuring something out.

That's the same exact wand that's with the one I'm diagnosing for a friend. She bought it at a garage sale for $10 thinking she was getting a good deal. I think she wasted $10. When I turn on the hose water is just gushes from inside the thing. I noticed a rattling sound right off when she brought it over so I kinda had a feeling it was no good or needed repairs. I don't know if the pipe that connects the hoses on each end is a solid piece or if there's an additional connector on the inside or not so unless I can find more info I'm stuck taking it apart to find out. Ugh!

You can buy a roll of that wire (maybe a few metres)and put it up from one side to the other. Any of you guys know how to unclog the unit(motor) itself...the water is going nicely to it but is spluttering coming out the other side! If your having trouble with joining the nozzle pieces, try wd40 on the release buttons to completely free them up. Worked a treat for me! They seem to dry up over time!

Probably, a lot of tool companies hire tool manufacturers to make them tools sometimes is the same tool different lipstick.

You can, but it might not make it all the way in to break the minerals. Just make sure you get a water b filter to help not clog it up again.
