A retired aerospace engineer for Boeing might be the most popular grandpa around his neighborhood after he built a roller coaster for his grandkids in his backyard. Paul Gregg, who lives outside Seattle, built the coasters in his yard so his grandkids had something to do when they came to his home. He built the coasters with safety in mind, telling Inside Edition: "Having me or their fathers push the up the lift hill guarantees there is adult supervision. The kids can't use it by themselves." #InsideEdition

So sick of people nowadays questioning the safety of everything. Nothing is safe when you really think about it. A kid needs to be a kid.. and that involves a couple scrapes and bruises. I’m still alive and I did some pretty crazy stunts as a child 😂

I love sitting on the edge of high places where I could fall from a big height and potentially die(I’m only 10) oh I’ve done more dangerous stuff than that 😂(nearly killed myself too many times to count)

Coasters and Karts (the name of the channel of the second coaster in this segment) has a fail video on their channel. The car fell of the track with someone on it way early in construction! There has yet to be another fail like that though! They have 0 injuries on their roller coaster, thats better than Six Flags!

The inspector man at the end was cool & kind, he didn't squash the teens creativity but gave insight on what he could improve on to be safer coaster. He was a teacher.

As a kid, I dreamed of having rollercoaster like this going over our backyard swimming pool. I also dreamed me riding the rollercoaster during Halloween time, with Halloween decorations displayed all over my backyard.
