This guy's Art Work is just lovely. But the Roller Coaster is a Huge 2 Thumbs Up. I am not just a Roller Coaster Enthusiast, I am also a Woman's Bobsleder (actually because of Roller Coasters). This fellow is definetly the coolest Grandpa Ever. Keep showing posts about some of his other inventions. Great Work and Thank You.
Not only is Gary one of the best Papas ever, he is probably one of the brightest. Not just anyone can engineer a roller coaster properly and actually have it function. He obviously has a vast understanding of physics. That's a very intelligent man right there.
yes anyone can, lol you just need a hill big enough to make you go around the track. not crazy physics just basic knowlege. he doesnt need the square roots of anything, just a hill. haha
@@jinchovelazquez2605 he measured weight so he must have had 20000 test runs, so it doesn't only count on a hill. not only this, but he also had to make sure that the g-forces weren't too much.
What a wonderful coaster and merry-go-round! And the sculptures were amazing, too! This guy is truly a hidden talent, with some really lucky grandkids!
we just got the chance to meet Gary and ride this on Saturday! such an amazing guy and truly an insane amount of airtime on the first hill 😂😃 it also was awesome getting to see his granddaughters' joy of getting to ride it
I feel this gary is my spirit animal i hope at that age ill be just as creative and willing to do stuff that others might scoff at or laugh at and prove people wrong
What an absolutely amazing and awesome man/dad/grand-dad. Its too bad he became a grandfather so late in life that by the time his grandkids get really old enough to truly appreciate him, he'll be gone. Men like him are an absolutely rare. His offspring were very lucky to have a father like him.
Never got to know my grandfather he passed away when I was very young, would’ve been great to have a grandfather like Gary though! Garry I have to say I think your builds are incredible, you’re definitely one very talented man! Great video and thank you for sharing!👍🏼🤩🫡❤️
Amazing. Love it. One day we will see a homemade coaster that is actually engineered with proper valleys and what not. But this is amazing. That Buffallo sculpture was awesome. He's living my dream. Have a beautiful piece of land you turn into a compound where you just build shit all day.
Okay this is just too damn cool! I love this guy already! Super creative guy who just goes out and makes whatever he conceives! There's really nothing quite as exciting about a person than someone like Gary. Total nice, creative minded eccentric.
Awesome, I hope his grands understand the amount of love and time he put into this, it seems like our amazing tree house we spent 2 weeks building and then they got tired of it, the zip cord, the double hammock swing from 10', the trampoline, the pool, the hottub, their baby brother 🤣 nah, they play with them, just not as much as they should have in my opinion
That spinning ride looks like it would be perfect in any city playground (it's certainly safer looking than the 'roundabouts' they used to have when I was a kid). I hope Gary has patented it!
We'd love to have Gary build a coaster at my palace. As much as Dennis Rodman enjoys my gaming room and hot tub, he wants something new so we'd like to invite Gary over
That's cool! I had a neighbor who lived across the street, who built a merry-go-round in his backyard. His wife was my favorite baby sitter. They were like the grandparents I didn't have, back in the 70's. And, that was also in Tucson, Arizona. Miss you, Mr. & Mrs. Goblish! 😢
Gary should absolutely sell that self propelled merry go round. Like, as a garage business thing, not that specific one. I'd buy one in a heartbeat. And be broke because of it, but I'd be spinning and having fun and not care 😂
Awe... It's too short but it is so cute Awe😂 Everyone gets a tee-shirt...I like the spinning ride more. Wow all of his invention's was so nice to see! Go Gary!😅🤣😆😂
The Three Sisters, NSW, (Blue Mountains) Australia Has a Roller coaster still around but has never been opened as they also sent cement bags around and they fell over the cliff.

@@AdventuresWithAlex What concerns me is that you got to actively stay in the seat, from what it seems. If you're not strong enough, or become unconscious, you might fall off. A four point seat belt would help with that.
Nice guy and so cool he built these things for his grandchildren. I’d love that one he called a merry go round. I’d call it “the whip” or something like that. Looks fun!
Disney, Universal, Cedar Fair, and Six Flags: Nooo, you're not supposed to build your own coaster, you should be spending money to ride them at our parks! Gary: *Haha, wholesome grandpa building for his grandkids go brrr* Well if any major park with a coaster is far away, you build one yourself...modern problems require modern solutions
Thats pretty awesome for a backyard coaster, its short but very intense! My only thought was why the lift hill part was right at the end, cause it goes down and then the ride is over. What would be perfect is if once you went down that, you kept going around the track over and over again, which could be accomplished by having a motorized wheel at the front of the track where it stopped, that way you could go around several times without stopping, but also simply turn the wheel 's motor off to stop like normal. Just my imagination going wild, don't mind me!
Not sure how this video came up in my recommended, maybe because I was watching an abandoned Six Flags video lol...But honestly, this is one of the coolest things I've ever seen! It never even occurred to me that someone could build their own mini roller coaster in their yard! (The spinny ride looks fun too!) I want to thankyou (and Gary) for sharing this. I've been pretty depressed and lost lately, but this video put a big smile on my face! It was just so wholesome, and fun, and really creative and inspirational actually 😃

Such a big intensity for a short ride can potensially can be used in so many places in major parks, as a quite small coaster.
