  • Spin Doctors perform "What Time Is It?" live at the Farm Aid concert in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 18, 1994. Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.

Farm Aid's performances are donated by the artists in order to raise funds and raise awareness for family farmers. They've raised their voices to help - what can you do?

I am physically unable to say anything but this when someone asks "what time is it?"

They were a great band. Didnt quite have enough great songs but at their best they could hang with anyone of their era

I saw them 4 times, twice in small clubs. He was like that every time, & didn't seem high. That was his natural state. :)

Chris is actually a personal friend, and I've been lucky enough to share a stage with him in the past. I can tell you firsthand he's not that kind of guy. He'll have a beer with you, for sure... at the end of the gig. But he's the guy that wants a cup of tea and does vocal and guitar warmups before the show. He'll show you pictures of his cat too. Once he gets on stage, he's totally a showman. That isn't drugs though, that's his love of the stage.

Chris doesn't do drugs..in fact he's a health freak...kinda hard to believe but true.

Looks like Anthony Krizan on guitar here instead of Eric. Why did Eric leave the band, anyway?
