Hi! This soap definitely turned out much different than I planned, but I really liked the accidental camo design. I made another batch using the same colors but with a regular tiger stripe technique (without a tilted mold) and will probably post that video in the next week or so. Hope you're all doing well! Thanks so much for watching & happy holidays! -Holly :)
It amazes me how vibrant your clay colors turn out. Both soaps, the accidental camouflage & the tiger stripes using these clay colors are stunning. I find your videos very helpful & soothing. Thankful that you are willing to share.
This is one of my favorite soaps I’ve ever seen you make! I think your color palette is superior to the original one, and I always appreciate what you can do with natural dyes and pigments. I like this pallet so much that I’m going to arrange an entire outfit around it so thank you for the inspiration! It reminds me of Arizona in winter at dusk.
I agree! I really appreciate the natural ingredients she uses instead of the Crayola crayon colored mica pigments because the results are just so much more aesthetically pleasing. And not to mention better for the body.
This soap is beautiful. After years of trying, and thousands of dollars wasted, I still cannot get a clean & perfect bar like this. I will try your recipe, thank you!
Beautiful and creative. I love the colour match, they work well together. Stunning bars, your videos are amazing, they make you look at it all in different eyes. Brilliant. 😍😍
Your selection of color combinations is just stunning ... very natural and complimentary ... QUESTION - do colors this intense bleed and stain white washcloths or towels?
Oh I am quite fond of cameo and this one came out so amazing! I would love to try since I use natural colourants too. Thank you for the beautiful video as all yours are🤗wishing you a very Happy New Year! ❤️🙏
I love this camo design, these are very nice colors! I finally got to make my rhubarb power soap and it turned out very nice, but, I used the Stardust botanicals from Amazon, but, I purchased some from the Yarn Tree and I can't wait to see that color of red 😊. Thank you Holly, can't wait to see your other soaps you tried for this soap challenge 🙂. Hope your doing well and have a nice Christmas 🎄.
Beautiful soap! This has to be the smoothest finish I’ve seen in any handmade soap. I’m curious about your choice of oils for this recipe and why you chose not to use palm oil. I haven’t been making soap for very long, but I read as much as I can find, and I came across an article that speculated the stearic acid in palm oil was a contributing factor in creating bubbles or speckles in a honey soap that got very hot and went through extreme gel phase. Have you had this experience with palm oil?
This is an outstanding video in every way, Holly! Your soap is superb and extremely smooth looking. I did not know that tightening your wire cutter would help with the bumps the wire can make. I'm going to try that for my next batch to cut. Merry Christmas, Holly 🎄✨❤️
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for teaching me this method! I messed up the FIRST time! My batter started getting thick! I was intent on getting this technique. I redid it again last night, I’ll cut it later on tonight. I’ll let you know how it came out. 🥰🌹🙏🏽😘

The soap turned out absolutely beautiful. It reminds me more of a Japanese painting more than it does camo.

Magnifique
Nice
Are the measurements of the mold for the inside lines of the mold? Thank you
beautiful tfs
Thank you! 😊
Wow
Does this recipe need 3 days before unmolding and cutting. Is it because it's a softer soap? I usually wait 24 hours.
Where do I buy soap lye?
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
When you save anything she makes 🫠 because you just KNOW it will turn out gorgeous🙂
