My favorite thing about your videos is how you share what you learned and what you would do differently. I also appreciate that you are effected by shiny object syndrome as well! I loved your entry, Terri! Congratulations!
Yes! The northern lights is exactly what I thought of, too! I’ve only seen them once, but will never forget it. Magical, ethereal and mesmerizing…. This soap captured that! Congratulations on winning the challenge - it’s well deserved. And I enjoyed watching and learning through the five-batch process. Never give up at good enough!
It doesn't just stop at the technique, but I feel the real design. So, rather than being made technically, it feels really artistic because it feels like a picture is being shown. It's really beautiful!
I love it when you make multiple soaps in one video using different techniques. Explaining why each technique did or didn’t turn out how you imagined is beyond helpful. Also, CONGRATULATIONS on your win! I don’t make fancy soaps (yet) but I sure love watching others do it and yours are amazing.
I THINK THEY ALL ARE AMAZING!!!! The last one, WOWWWWW!!!!😮 I’m a new learner and I can’t figure out how to keep my soap batter thin to play with! I’m going to watch some of your past videos and maybe I will get some clues!😊
Such a gorgeous design, Teri! Yours was my fave, so I was happy to learn that you won! Really appreciate the video and sharing your process through the trials. Cheers!!!
I love all of your Soap's, other people copy your style and don't give credit, but you have an unique way of doing yours and you always have, keep up the wonderful work.
I just subscribed to your channel, I found it from watching Katie from Royalty Soaps, it was recommended in my feed. You have the most beautiful techniques, but also, and this is not soap related, your voice is very soothing and relaxing, I have severe asthma,I have recently been very sick and have had a lot more trouble breathing and getting any sleep, even with pure oxygen and breathing treatments I panic. Your videos help me relax and get some rest.
It was very cool to see your design progress through multiple batches, especially when you took the time to go down a rabbit hole to investigate a design element you loved. I can sometimes be too mission-oriented and lose the opportunity to just play and explore. Playing and exploring, IMO, is what keeps creativity going and wards off burnout. I do think what you learned on those side quests informed your final design.
Hi! Wow! All your efforts and detailed notes paid off! You soap is incredible looking! Congratulation!!!!🎉. Thank you for sharing how you did the splash swirl technique!
You do beautiful work. This bar reminded me of a summertime evening fire. You could add brown ‘fire wood’ on the bottom with flames coming up and the fragrance I would put with that would be a smoky marshmallow.
All the soap styles are fantastic, the last one is amazing it's easy to see the pull from the top and the bottom. I can see easily why you won this challenge 💜
Stunning! Thanks for showing all of the batches. Each one was beautiful, but I learned a lot from your critique of each. I also liked seeing the progression of your technique as you tested out each of your ideas. That final batch was really beautiful. Congratulations on winning the top prize.
I am 1 year into soap making and absolutely love it! I love when people feel they make a mistake (which I never do), I love your honesty, and for how many tries you did, they are all so lovely but that last one is outstanding!
Thank you for letting me know! Every new technique has many teaching opportunities. I love learning from my mistakes. One of my favorite things about soaping is learning why things happen and how to improve!
They're all nice I love them you do great work I think my favorite is the last one it kind of reminds me of an oil slick with water it is really pretty and the way you did it just I didn't think it was gonna come out but lo and behold the magic worked and it is beautiful all of them are beautiful
thank you so much for this video, I tried this a couple of days ago, I really like the effect, even though the lines weren’t very straight, it still looks great. I love your last one, looks amazing, great colour contrast! ❤️
Congratulations!!! I've been watching a lot of the splash swirl videos and yours was my favorite! Your third soap could be a soap challenge! I thought that turned out really cool!! Thanks for sharing!!! I know it's extra work and it's appreciated!!! ~jc
Wow, that last soap was beautiful wasn’t it? As you mentioned, it was like the sunset through a stand of silhouetted trees. It also reminds me of the sky through the trees when there is a bushfire off in the distance. Either way, I’m a total sucker for a good silhouette whatever form it takes - especially natural shapes. Well done, and again congratulations on your win 🙂 Thank you for so much for sharing your process, I really appreciate it. Take care of yourself. 🙂🐿❤️🌈
I love the look of the 4th batch, Winning bars! I definitely want to try this. I really like how you showed all 4 batches to learn along the way. I’ve tried pulling up some of the link to the pdf of fragrances spreadsheet and the link isn’t working. As always, thank you for sharing.
Congratulations and thank you for sharing all of these. Art is supposed to generate emotion. #5 looks like a forest fire which certainly generates emotion for those of us on the west coast. Thank you for sharing all your 5 attempts All are nice soaps.
These are so pretty and look so fun to make. Makes me want to create again! It's never as easy as it looks for you though. Nice enjoyable video!! 😉 ✌👏👏🧡
The dramatic music during the last batch was on point.. i was holding my breath to see how it will come.
do you know the name of the music played during the last part?

I’ve never seen the northern lights in person, but your entry makes me think of pictures I’ve seen of them. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Well done!

That's what I saw when I saw this also.. certainly would be a good name for it
Dear Terry I voted for your soap! It is really a wonderful bar. Many congratulations.
I was just about to post this same thought! Fifth time's the charm!
Aurora Borealis is on my bucket list.
Music selections for this one made it so fun to watch.
The last one was a stunner!! Well deserved win!! And thank you for showing all the techniques ❤ Loved it 😍
It doesn't just stop at the technique, but I feel the real design. So, rather than being made technically, it feels really artistic because it feels like a picture is being shown. It's really beautiful!
The mixing colors create an illusion of iridescence like you'd see in opal or abalone shells. It's such a cool design!

Your first batch reminded me of walking home through the corn fields at night a little bit. All batches are beautiful.
Wow! That last one! ❤️
Such a gorgeous design, Teri! Yours was my fave, so I was happy to learn that you won! Really appreciate the video and sharing your process through the trials. Cheers!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You earned it, you did the process until you were happy with it. It is fun watching you.
Just beautiful! I love that you showed us several batches in one video.
The last one definitely looks like the northern lights! It's my favorite and seemingly the most simple.
Northern lights vibe for sure! I can’t wait to give this a try! Thank you for your contribution for this inspiration .♥️
I love all of your Soap's, other people copy your style and don't give credit, but you have an unique way of doing yours and you always have, keep up the wonderful work.

It was nice to see all the attempts you made and congratulations!
The last one definitely the BEST! Thanks for showing us all your attempts, always a learning experience.
I really liked #3 and the last one. I never would have thought about those colors for a bar of soap, but they are super beautiful!
All the soaps were beautiful, but the last one was my fave, loved the black being pulled up towards the colours, loved it. 😎👌 Congrats on winning.🎉🎉🎉
Hi!

So beautiful! Thank you for sharing the entire learning process with all the different batches!
All the soap styles are fantastic, the last one is amazing it's easy to see the pull from the top and the bottom. I can see easily why you won this challenge 💜

You're an artistic genius
Stunning! Thanks for showing all of the batches. Each one was beautiful, but I learned a lot from your critique of each. I also liked seeing the progression of your technique as you tested out each of your ideas. That final batch was really beautiful. Congratulations on winning the top prize.
