Hi! I forgot to include the text description for my oven process. I’ve included the details in previous videos, but in case you’re new to my channel, here’s how I oven process a batch to make sure it goes through gel phase: • preheat the oven to it’s lowest temp (mine is 170ºF) • TURN THE OVEN OFF as soon as it's preheated • place the soap in the oven & leave overnight • leave the oven light on for about 3 to 4 hours (the bulb helps hold the heat a bit longer) Also wanted to mention that if you’re soaping at warmer temperatures than I do, you could probably just insulate the batch in a towel or blanket on the counter and still achieve a complete gel without the oven processing. Thanks so much for watching! -Holly :)
Ppppp pop pop pop ppp pp You know how it feels like 👍 to have the most fun 🤩 you know I am a fan too but I'm still here and waiting on my own show so please p🙏 pop
Thank you so much Holly for mentioning Marie Mousse 🥰 I’m so honored that you even know my name!!! I love love love your work and all your soaps. You are such and artist. I had cancer and still recovering from total removal of my left breast. I will be soaping again soon. You are such an inspiration 🥰🥰🥰
@@soapsoilandsunshine3241 thank you so much. I love love love healing hugs 💕💕💕. I’m doing great 👍🏻. Yesterday I walked 4 miles and I went for a 17 miles bike ride. It’s more the top part of my body that is slow to recover completely… like soap making 😜
I'm a year late, still wanted to mention what a beautiful design that made! I'm obsessed with coffee ☕️ the smell, the drink, the scrub. Lol that came out wonderful 🎉
Oh, I love this soap! The pull through design is so cool, looks like a kaleidoscope for sure! I'm going to try the Pringle can, this looks pretty easy, thank you Holly for another beautiful soap 🥰😊💞.
Very nice colors! I love doing the pull through technique on my soaps. I made a batch in a Pringles can with neon colors. It called it ‘psychedelic hippie’. Fun! Sold out fast.
Each cake of soap is a work of art! How would I ever choose one, how could I bear to use it?!! I’m obviously not a soap maker, but wish I was. Your video is an excellent tutorial, plus it is actually relaxing to watch the process! A Pringles can??? Smart lady! Those little owl soaps are the cutest! Thank you!
Hi Holly, how stunning are the bars you've made!! I never realised how much easier it was to create such gorgeous patterns in the Pringles container. Each bar is unique and beautiful. I enjoy watching your soaping videos, and this was fantastic. Thank you for sharing your love of soaping. 😍 😍
This is amazing! I just started looking into soap making and wasn’t sure if I wanted to invest in a new hobby but this video has convinced me! Thank you for sharing.
Fellow saponiere here. I understand how much of an art this is, and I might add that I make my own moulds and even my own lye. The process also lets me make ferric chloride for etching PCBs. Who knows what other uses these chems have!

Hi Tassie girl, I’m from Melbourne. Being that we are both Aussies, can you please tell me if sodium hydroxide is the same as caustic soda it’s a bit confusing . Very new to soap making and when I saw very new I have only watched a few videos.
It’s magic! Thank you for sharing this precious process! Did you think about what if the if it wouldn’t work so good with white clay than with titane dioxyde …

Этот состав. Но мечтаю о создания своего мыла. Желаю Вам больше идей и вдохновения ! ). Моё настроение души, стало спокойное ). Спасибо.)
Holly, I always appreciate your videos. Not only are they beautifully filmed, they're also calm and peaceful: watching them is a lovely experience! I came to this one today because I've just purchased some of the kaleidoscope disks from Love Your Suds. Using them is a bit of a challenge because it's essential that the batter remain nice and fluid. Mine thickened much more quickly than I'd expected and that made it difficult to get nice, clean pours. I'd tried using squeeze bottles, but seeing you use the funnel-pouring jugs and flowing the batter right down the centre, along the line of the tool holder, seems much simpler than what I was doing. And I'm sure that the time it took to put my colours into bottles was part of what had my batter thicken. I love the colours you used for your soap, here. I'll try the same, myself, next time. Thanks for your clarity and straight-forward illustration of your work. Blessings! Ann
I finally thought I had all the necessary items to make this beautiful project. However I have one question. What tool did you use to push the soap out of the can? I guess I need to find one of those.
Hi Holly, I started to learn soap making 9 month ago by attending on local workshops and binge watch your videos 😊. Till Friday I did the recepies as i learned on the workshop. But on Friday I did this recepie of yours. It is sooo different 😍. Catnt wait to try the soap. Thank you for your great videos🙏😊
OH MY WORD, HOW PRETTY!!!😍😍😍I AM new to your channel, so, thank you for the description about the oven process...🙏🙏 Will most definitely try this soap, however we do not have such access like you guys do overseas to certain tools and thingymajigs....as I AM in South Africa... But thanks, nevertheless, for your detailed video's, as I AM a new soap maker and only just started!😅🤗🤗
Just happen to see your vdo ...subscribed Really like your presentation ..music ...voice ...speed..explanation ..very comfortable watching your vdo.. nothing to say... Perfect.

I really have a dream of starting to make soaps I hope you guys will guide me through it all coz you are so amazing and awesome, I love your videos may you reach miles with spreading such wonderful videos💯💕💕💕
What a beautiful example of a pull through soap. You are such a patient and thoughtful soaper. Just a quick question. What size pull through tool fits a pringles box. I don't eat pringles so don't have one handy. The tools can be shipped to Australia and the postage is extremely reasonable so I'm excited.
Holly, why weren't you at my house right now when I tried to recreate this soap. 10/10 for entertainment can NOT be taken from me but skill -1/10, organisation in prep - 6/10, organisation in actual process - a very generous 0.5/10. I can't believe what a mess I've just made. Note to self - When making soap for only the 2nd time, try a simple recipe. My soap has produced colours of GREEN (YEP, YOU'VE READ THAT RIGHT - GREEN) I never knew were on the spectrum.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 ON A PLUS NOTE, IT SMELLS DELICIOUS.
@@hollysoapmaking Haha, it was funny that we both did the Pringles can at about the same time. Let me know if you ever really did want to do a collab 💕💕💕 Take care, Holly 😊☕
Oh I love that you use lard in this. I buy another girl soap that uses lard. It reminds me of my great-grandmother's soaps. All of her soaps had lard in them. You would go to her house and take a bath, and your skin would be as silken velvet. So soft. She always would say it's the lard🧐
Holly these turned out so pretty! I have been piddling with the idea of buying a pull through tool. I tried making one and that wasn't sucessful, lol! This gives me the inspiration to buy one! Yours turned out just lovely with just a few shades of brown, and I'm sure using just a few colors is the key to success with this method. Thank you for sharing! Jill
