I would never move near a stadium. What else did they expect, the stadium to be empty 100% of the time? You always have to do research on the area before you move there. Like the guy said it's been there for nearly a century.

Wait a minute. Forest Hills Stadium was built in the 1920s and has been having music concerts since the 1960s. WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY MOVE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE

It’s not a stadium, it’s a tennis court, and should not be a concert venue.

Negative, they have been having concerts since the 1960s. Why would you move into a place where they have concerts. Come on that is REALLY STUPID on their part

It was a tennis court before it was allowed to be a concert venue. The apartment buildings has been here since the 1920s. It’s a historic neighborhood.

Are you brain dead. It was not intended to be a concert stadium and was not when we bought a home near here. It is the selfish elitist Forest Hills Country club that is making $$$$ and out expense.

I say NO to concerts in a residential neighborhood ! It’s so loud and I hate them. We need to sleep. Not to mention, it’s bad for real estate values.
