Замечательное послание! Вы абсолютно правы! Мы постоянно сравниваем себя с кем-то, на кого-то равняемся, постоянно недовольны собой, даже если скрываем это глубоко внутри. Вместо того чтобы самим стать кем-то, на кого будут равняться другие. И это, опять же, нужно нам не ради "других", а ради самих себя.

Cuando inicie mi vida como florista me atormentaba que mis diseños no eran como estaba en tendencia en esa época las flores rígidas y todo en su lugar y luego me fui dando cuenta por mis clientes que a ellos les gustaban mis diseños más “naturales “ la tranquilidad de nuestra tienda y eso sentí en tu canal como cuando escuchas a un amigo y aprendes sin forzar 😅 creo que mis clientes aprecian lo que he aprendido aquí ❤

How about in the corporate world? Im working 5yrs now as a bookkeeper and all this time im always being me and say things honestly. However i feel like it puts me in a bad position. I feel like they are thinking im against them now even my intention is purely for us to grow. Im just saying things where we can improve on but it looks like we are not on the same page. My bosses are amazing tho, that's why im still with them. They are my first work after college plus during the pandemic they didn't let us go we had some months that we rendered less hours but they still keep us after we got more clients again. I appreciate them but I dont know I'm torn now if i will still be honest or just keep quiet like others and just work. It makes me sad.

Such a coincidence you should post this video now, Max, just as I have entered a course on how to stand out (on LinkedIn) by storytelling, my own stories. Today I posted the first story and it really seems to resonate. People love uniqueness, authenticity and relatability. And what the competition does becomes irrelevant.
