LUA scripts go in \SCRIPTS\TOOLS if you want them to show up in the TOOLS tab. Otherwise, they can go anywhere you want on the radio and they can be launched from the file browser.
this tx is new to me I have no idea what I am doing having problems just under standing this radio I have a Spectrum thats the only radio do you have a step by step tutorial
Still failed to update. Always getting Platformio defendency error each time building the firmware. Tried to off the firewall also the same. What else could I do?
It could be any number of a dozen things. Unfortunately, I can't get into solving USB connection issues because it's a rabbit hole. All I can say is make sure you have a good cable, make sure to select serial mode, make sure you hear the bong on your computer. Make sure the com port shows up in your device manager.

Yesterday when I first got the radio out the package and was exploring the menus I had the expresses Lua script available today after attempting to flash its no longer there. When I try sndn access it it gets stuck on loading????? I Dl a new elrs Lua ns. Dadded it to my radios scripts tools folder and its stil same... Help
The Edge team constantly makes updates. If you go look at the changelog from 2.5 to 2.9 you'll see a massive list of changes. Not all apply to the TX12 of course. github.com/EdgeTX/edgetx/compare/v2.5.0...v2.9.4

I dont see radiomaster tx12 bin file on the folder after build success..im only seeing firmware bin..why..?

We generally don’t flash anything while bound. One exception would be TBS. I’m not sure what you’re talking about flashing though.

Sorry, my bad. By flashing I've meant building and flashing ExpressLRS in configurator.
With ExpressLRS Configurator 1.5.0 the TX12 target was added. At the moment it's just an alias for the zorro target.

That probably appeared in 2.7.0 or 2.7.1. Upgrade your firmware.
