So, watching this. When he plays mediocre-okay level teams, it looks like he's playing Madden on Pro level, but when he's playing tough defenses, his team is often being blown out with no scoring, until late game when the opponents put in their 2nd team defense. His arm strength and deep ball accuracy are near flawless, it's a beauty to watch his deep balls. But when pressured, and when his receivers lack separation, he often throws those typical college floaters that get picked very often in the NFL, it's like going from pro- All Madden difficulty for the first time in Madden, the CPU feels broken if you don't play Tom Brady dump off ball.

He doesnt turn the ball over and makes good decisions. That type of quarterback has won my patriots 7 superbowls.. After today the starting job has been won. People have this idea that only the star college qbs make it in the pros. But in reality the quarterbacks who make good decisions consistently are the ones who last. So plz dont Delete this comment. Never seen sooooo much time to throw the ball in my life. The OLine didn’t let any player get within 6 ft of their QB 😂 this man never see. A pressure all season 🤣

A really good college quarterback but if you want to measure him against others you really need to show his incompletions and inter- ceptions..a highlight reel can make anyone look great....seeing the mistakes along with these is a better gauge.....
Having said that he seems to be able to make all the throws....Tom Brady didn't go in the top picks...So I hope for him, that he makes it big and has a rewarding career...

      Also here are his stats!www.espn.com/college-football/player/_/id/4250360/bailey-zappe
I’ve watched every snap he’s played for the past two years and I can say with confidence he will be good in the NFL, he reminds me of Tom Brady with his arm strength, accuracy and pocket awareness! He will be a steal!

I promise you I counted at least 7 potential interceptions in that video. He’s gotta clean up his decision making but he seems solid.

Serviceable, but not great arm strength. He throws with anticipation and can throw receivers open. Nice deep ball that always seems to be out in front and on target. His mechanics aren't atrocious, though he is pretty loose. Despite this, his hips don't torque when he throws, losing velocity on those late throws here that would get him picked off at the next level. A lot will depend on his interviews and his football IQ. His motion reminds me a bit of Jay Cutler for some reason, though I see a bit of Mitch Trubisky and a less frenetic/hoppy Baker Mayfield. He doesn't hitch often at the back of his drop, though he's always in the gun so that would take a lot of work. I'd be tempted to pass on this guy in hopes of finding a similar prospect with better arm strength, but if he checks the boxes in his football smarts, etc., he's definitely a guy with some upside who could develop into a quality backup QB, and who knows....I can think of several guys with questionable arm strength that have turned into tremendous NFL Starters.

There’s one common denominator to majority of his highlights, he has ALL DAY to throw the football and his decision making on the one vertical route play towards the beginning of the video was not good whatsoever. Threw into triple coverage with a wide open man to his outside left

    • @jacksonmock420

Who cares if it was a completion also he has all day to throw but I’ve watched a lot of zappe he really doesn’t NEED all day to throw.

@@AcetonMartin and lets be honest here. The safety was the only one close to that receiver. those other two were at least 5 yards off the guy and only had a chance at anything if it were severely underthrown
